- I had a wonderful day out on the lake. I paddled several miles and visited a pretty popular sandbar, where lots of people hang out. July 4th recently pasted and I figured this would be a great time to search for Gold rings. I detected the whole area with the AT Pro and found lots pop tabs but no gold rings. Sometimes that is how things go , but we have to keep on going. Maybe next time I will find that BIG Diamond Ring.

Hey nuggetnoggin. I'm enjoying your video here. When you mentioned that the signals start becoming quiet and few and farther between, I often think that places like this (may) have been hunted before coinhunters like you and me (but), it may be like you say, that there just isn't anything there that was ever lost. I went to the beach the other day and even with my really powerful, deep detector, I found a whole lot of junk like iron bottle caps, tabs, an aluminum roofing nail, shredded and scoured-in-the-surf and chewed up pieces of aluminum can('can slaw'), a couple of small but very deep brass beads, a few coins and no jewelry whatsoever. This is very surprising but also, (very) worrisome because when I'm using one of the most powerful detectors ever made so that I can 'punch' down and past the Fisher F-75s, Tek T2s, Tek Omega 8000s, and on down there to (at least) as deep as the Pulse Induction beach detectors, etc., etc.and get to a new, never before detected strata of "goodies", there was nothing there. I (did), however, find an 11" deep+/-, modern dime though but maybe even with a very deep machine like I used, it's (still) just not deep enough and the newer layers of coins, rings, etc., are just out of reach, LOL. Oh well !! We just have to keep on a'tryin', LOL. And yes, Christ (is) our refuge in times of trouble and the devil would always try to make us think that He doesn't care about our suffering when in fact, Christ really does and He is (always) there for us, waiting with outstretched hands to grab us up and rescue us. We only need to cry out, figuratively and sometimes literally, to Him. I just (wish) I had someone to MD with let alone, a dedicated MD'ist like yourself that is also on an 'even keel', mentally and spiritually and has a stable and healthy relationship to Christ. This is refreshing what you bring to your videos, in light of the very dark hopeless world we live in these days where many are turning their back on Christ and doing whatever they want and flying in the face of God's commandment to 'love one another'. Not much love in this world anymore.
I appreciate your videos and greatly enjoy going out metal hunting with you. The Bible passage at the beginning provides inspiration. Your camera work and editing are very good in this one especially. Your 'show' reminds me of a fishing show I used to watch in the 80s. You have a beautiful soul. God has blessed us both.

Seeing all thease hate comments about Hod make me sad tbh. They expect us to go with everything they have to say, but when it comes to us saying something about God, it's like world war 3. It's our belief, just let us belive in what we want.
I guess it's the same as if he was an atheist and he started every video with 'THERE IS NO GOD. YOU ARE LIVING A LIE' on the screen. People wouldn't like it. I like what you said about sifting through the junk just to get the good stuff. I was down at a park/beach today for about an hour and all I found was junk. But I enjoyed myself being outdoors doing what I enjoyed.

Hey I recognized the sandbar when I saw the volleyball net. I found 2 tungsten rings here and a silver bracelet 2 summers ago with excal.
