This was a fun adventure on the river! I started out Metal Detecting in the rapids, and I found some unique things along the way. After a few hours of searching, I decided to climb up this huge Rock cliff, that was on the side of river. It probably about 70 feet tall, and the view from up top was gorgeous. I made it safely back down to the ground and searched around the big rock with my AT Pro, and I found a big plastic bag. Inside of the bag was 2 cell phones and a set of car keys. Someone must of had a really bad day out on the river, Never put all your eggs in the same basket.

Man, I can't believe all the things people are saying about a bible verse. I think the kid is awesome for putting the verses on his videos. He has a tremendous amount of courage that I find admirable. How wonder how many of the commenters here would stand up for their convictions like this kid does? What I see here is no one standing for their convictions but trying to tear down someone else's. I would bet that everyone that has commented, and that includes me, would have a hard time standing by their convictions if a gun was held to their head. This kid would stand and fight for what he believes in. And that is what his faith has given him.

All the negative comments about him putting bible verses....... yeesh. first off, it's HIS channel. 2nd, i am an atheist and have no problem with his verses. i am not religious but i am pro religious freedom. i have my beliefs, he has his, and theres plenty of room on earth for both of us.

I agree, but for all of the bible verses that are inspirational, you could find just as many that sound crazy and most Christians just seem to ignore those and chose the good ones.

Thats a beautiful location. Dont it just make you sick to seethe trash people leave behind? All the beer cans, bottles and other obvious junk thrown down by people. I always pick it up as well cant stand to go to my favorite fishing spot and see bottles, bait containers, cigarette butts and junk. I always spend at least 10 minutes gathering it up for the lazy person who left it behind. I feel like it takes away from the beauty, too bad the people who litter dont feel that way. It was the name of the original B&O rail line that ran between Baltimore and Hagerstown, MD.
Don't try to disassemble that leash! It works with a ribbon spring under tension which is very dangerous if it lets go suddenly. Best bet is to shake as much water out as possible, try to let it drain and then put in as much WD40 as possible as it displaces water and helps protect against rust. Every day put in more WD49 and redrain excess.

Had a S&W knife a long time ago and I've never owned a knife allegedly made out of Stainless Steel that had more of a problem with rust then that knife!
All Stainless will rust eventually. It was in the water so long that the wood handle scales had rotted off. That is not an indicator of poor quality. The Smith & Wesson logo however is, LOL.

Put rust knives in a white vinegar bath and the rust washes away. Overnight will do.

Make sure you deactivate the vinegar with a baking soda/water mixture for about 20 minutes afterwards. I soaked an old Yale deadbolt I found in a lake (Prolly part of the reason it did what it did) in vinegar, and the steel case cracked when I prodded at the corner to get some flaking rust off. The lock is from the '40s. I found it on the edge on the water with an old glass & ceramics pile uncovered by spring runoff.

I'm fascinated with metal detecting. I just cut my hours down at work so I have a lot of spare time on my hands now, I was thinking about purchasing a metal detector for a hobby. Could you or anyone watching advise me or give me some ideas on the kind of metal detector I should purchase, I don't have lots of money unfortunately so I can't afford anything to expensive just something reliable I would be using the metal detector when I go fishing with my husband so I would like something that works in the water and dry land. Please if you don't mind nuggetnoggin just a few safe tips. The rushings of memories. We had flat rocks like those as part of our yard as a kid in Georgia and the river reminded me of my childhood at my mawmaw and paws house on the coosa river in Alabama. Good times and awesome memories and the Holy words before video is icing on the cake 💗

You can have the phone company track the serial numbers or its id and tell them you found it and their keys. Have them give youi number to the customer and let them know.

Phones and simcards have serial numbers on them. You or the police might be able to get stuff like those back to their owners. Memory cards might still be working and have important stuff on them.
No, you're talking about private information. The police aren't any good in this case. One might have them traced through the cell phone provider tho'.

+kim Rose I'm using the Garrett AT pro, it's waterproof to 10 feet deep. Yea it's a good one! I have found a lot using it. I highly recommend it for searching in the rivers, and also at parks and old house sites.

Hi Nugget, both of those silver color finds were ecigs and they were independent of each other, the second one is an all in one ecig, the button fires up the battery to heat a coil that heats the liquid then you vape the steam. xx
