Looking at the video, it is not entirely clear to me how the pincode system works. By turning the outside nob? Can you clarify?
Any plans to release a lock with a key backup? I have a bold lock but if the electrics malfunctioned there's no way to get into the building. A mechanical backup would be ideal

Hello. I am thinking in suggesting this lock for my building. There are 25 apartments in total. Is there a limited number of users? Some of us do Airbnb. Can we still use the virtual key for this? How does it work with the admin? How many admins is it possible?
And how am I going to prevent people from entering my home if my phone is close enough to activate the lock but I am not able to see my door? As a security guard of many years I have seen so many new initiatives, like this smart lock system, and each and every time they have caused problems that would have been easily avoided by using proper tools. Use good SKG*** locks on your doors, and for the love of the Gods don't use an alarm system that has remote access, like an app or a transmitter. Old does not mean bad. Sometimes it means experienced.
And if the battery dies on the lock itself whilst you're out and forget to change them?
Does it work with google home, Alexa, or Siri ?
Is there any guarantee that the apps will be active in the future (10 to 20 years from now) if the company ceases operation or if another company takes over?
Can you tell me, Is the Lock meeting any European Standards for; (A) Emergency escape, (B) Insurance accreditation, (C) European Harmonised Standards, (D) Anti-snap/snap-secure/Anti-Tear etc.
