Keep up the good work! I came from the newsletter to let you know that I'm watching and supporting 🤗 My favorite videos are the audits from OOUX perspective ❤

Excellent! Might also be interesting to abstract out the Service Plan if creating a generic wizard tool for identifying the recommended service, product or tool based on the answers to a set of questions. From an implementation perspective, there will also be objects representing the customers answer set and their specific answers which would then trace back to the recommendation. The real interesting part of the implementation is taking the answers and filtering down to a smaller number of recommendation. Love this short format video and the thinking and self questioning it invokes. Looking forward to more! Thanks.

I legit came to this thinking you were modeling a fantasy wizard, and I was so ready for it. Instead I was delighted to find this great demo & introduction to OOUX. OOUX seems like a great framing tool I look forward to learning more, and your bounty of coming videos. ;)
