There is just some things that some cultures do better and for me the east Asians definitely win on that lunch packing part.

An average student in my school will have a 2-tower lunch box, include rice, protein (both meat and tofu), vegie soup, a carton of milk or bottle of water and at least 1 kind of fruit, a spoon and chopsticks. Rarely anyone have sweets for their lunch, we don't usually eat them after meal
