Does the veteran need to use all the 11 hours of in home aid and attendance when first getting aid and attendance? For instance I don't know how many hours I will need in helping my husband who is CATASTROPHICALLY MENTALLY &Physically DISABLED.
Is SMC automatic or do I have to apply? I'm rated at 100% and in my letter from the VA it state that SMC is reccomended for some of my disabilities due to loss of use.
