The greatest team in NBA history period
🙏🙏Blessings forever GOD loves y'all too forever tell everyone you know and don't know. Jesus loves y'all too forever. Teach everyone how to see and enjoy their blessings too foreverw
They would wreck in todays game too.
Harper, Jordan, Pippen, Rodman, Kukoc is a fckn brutal 5 to close the game with.
@@JazzYachtrockerKukoc would be even more effective in today’s game.
You know how ridiculous you sound saying a team with Jud Buecshler, Randy brown, Jason Caffey, Jack Haley,James Edwards, a 42 year old Robert Parrish, Dickey Simpkins, Luc Longley, and Bill Wennington is the greatest team of all time. Just keep sucking Jordan off. You Jordan fans have made me sick for 40 years
I was 6 years old this year living in Chicago. I’ll never forget watching the games with my family, my dad specifically. People going crazy all the time, the electricity surrounding this team, fireworks going off in the neighborhood after the game, getting goosebumps watching their intro, jumping up and down when they won with my cousins. I ended up going to a basketball camp in those years put on by MJ and got to play with him. It was like looking at God. I’ll never forget, I loved growing up in that era.
Good times when Jordan was winning championships
The Bulls have the best combined regular and postseason record in NBA history at 87-13 (.870). And the championship.
@Antonio Perez if they were complete and Rodman was 100% committed and Pip didn't shoot bricks in a couple of those games they would've won another 3 games. At least. In the reg season they lost to the Sonics without Rodman and MJ shooting bricks but made up at the line and ended up with 22. There was game where Pip scored 7. Wtf. Lol
72-10 dont mean a thing without the ring.
@boltactionalaska8834 They have the ring. What are you talking about?
@@antonioperez5949 Carry-on....
@@antonioperez5949 they did more than blow a 3-1 lead I believe they lost 9 TIMES in the playoffs. They were actually garbage in the playoffs. If you take load management into consideration - their 73 wins was NOT impressive as teams really stopped going ALL OUT in the regular season to be well rested for the playoffs.
I’m from NY and have been a Knicks fan since I was born. There will never be another magical team like the Bulls during their respective era. Jordan was and is a Spectacle that only the people that experienced it will understand. I’d imagine it’s the same for the Bill Russel/Wilt Chamberlain fans. LeBron is a joke for calling himself the GOAT
What’s up bro
Let’s go knicks
See you in the garden
you sound like a hater... your ego is halting you from experiencing the true goat. the 90s was trash. MJ probably did seem like the greatest, with all them garbage players in the league.
@@bigmoneyshmoneymaker7697 lmao 😂 good troll
I have been a Knicks fan since Ewing was drafted and never switches...and I totally agree...there is nothing in life comparing to the Bulls and Jordans aura during those years. Pat will always be my favorite...but Jordan was something larger than life.... LeBron can't come close to that man's mystique
@@shangdi3162 yeah, cause LeBron can actually pass the ball.
Today's NBA teams wouldn't have a chance against these bulls
Depends on what the refs called
Not a single chance, MJ and this lot would wipe the floor with them.
The Rockets did have a chance to eliminate them in 1 NBA Finals, for sure.
One of the reasons they had 5 guys coming off the bench that would be
starting 5 on a whole new team.
@@Trupp42That’s a little bit of a stretch. Brian Williams and Kukoc, yes. Robert Parish, yes, at one point but not in 1996. Jason Caffey….maybe starts on a bad team. And that’s about it. Their bench wasn’t spectacular beyond Kukoc.
Never has a team been able to cause such excitement among spectators around the world, in any team sport at any time. Best regards from Brazil. Chicago Bulls🔥MJ23🐐
I get goosebumps....Gods of basketball. Brainy. They faced challenges. Credit goes to phil jackson actually. Made sure everyone ready to play. The pressure on the bench to perform every time they called upon.
And they did that without social media
👍
You need to google the piston bad-boys led by Isiah Thomas also Lakers Showtime with magic Johnson there's also Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics Last but not least New York Knicks with Ewing Huston Sprewel and Camby l am absolutely positive that you would have a change of mind bless
@@samuelanderson2503 I have a lot of respect for these historic teams. I saw a little bit of Boston from Bird and Lakers from Magic and they were awesome. Isiah's Pistons were very competitive, but they didn't have a pretty game. My preference for the style of play of these '96 Bulls was solid defense and very beautiful attacking moves. But I respect those who prefer other teams.
I still have this VCR tape somewhere..... I consider myself lucky to be a huge fan of the team during this era. Back then if a game was on TV that Jordan played in I wouldn't miss it. Some of the moves he demonstrated during the 91 finals really had me interested to never miss a game that was on TV because I became addicted to wanting to see more of what he might possibly do on the court.
We all know the moves. The beautiful fade away shots, the jump up with one hand switch hands midair under around and over people sometimes even backwards flipping the ball into the hoop like some sort of bird who decided when he wanted to come back down to earth because he would just hang there.... Anyone remember that incredible free throw shot that was missed by his teammate so Jordan ran in and slammed it home turning one point into two?
You never wanted to miss a game because you knew that you were missing a chance to watch the greatest player to ever play the game do what he does. It was incredible. It was awesome. It was Jordan.
Yeah for real. There's a reason why we all talk shit about everyone in the NBA not being GOAT or close. There's no one that matches what we witnessed. I wasn 't a Bulls fan (my big bro was) but I was a Suns fan cuz they were the opposing team in '93. That feeling when the Bulls are up against your team is something different. It's kind of like Shaq & Kobe, Golden State or Miami Big Three but not quite.
You knew if your team fucked up 1 possession it was potentially over at any given time. If the Bulls happen to be losing, it never felt like it regardless of the score. The gap would close out and MJ would be right there to make that clutch play (not just game winning shots.) but plays that turn the game's momentum. One NBA vet said they were like sharks in the water and that was the truth. I felt that shit as a fan.
That vcr tape in Australia cost 30 dollar back then
You are mistaking mike for magic Johnson who was absolutely magical if a goat conversation should ever exists it should be between the goat 🐐 and the magican Ervin not the Mike and the bulls THE GOAT IS NOT A TEAM bless
You should look for that VHS tape. I recently won a bid on an abandoned storage unit, and found an old VHS of the '96 Bulls Conference Finals Game #2 vs. Miami, and it sold for $75 (the winning bid on the entire unit was only $50).
Collectors will buy damn near anything old lol.
_I made about $400 overall on that $50 unit, if anyone cares. Bidding on abandoned storage units can make some decent money as a side hustle, once you learn what to look for. They just open the gate, and you can look in, but can't touch anything. Taped up cardboard boxes usually hold some good stuff, because usually, no one would even bother to take the time to seal up something they didn't care about._

I'm glad I had to previagle to see MJ play that season (1996) of record 72-10 during the playoff it's a once in life time opportunity Great player .
72-10 aint a thing without the ring!
It was an amazing experience watching this team. The excitement and fire was building. You had to order your pizza 3 to 4 hours before game time. It went from 2 for a family to 5 or 6 for game time, as the season continued to build. Everyone had this feeling of a truly special team. Teenagers staying home to watch games. When the season ends everyone was only talking about the Bulls. This team was not just Michael Jordan, it became apparent that the Bulls were a team. A GREAT TEAM. thank you for the great memories.

I was damm grateful as I just moved from California to Colorado. Got the Chicago channel for free and watched their record run and Marv Albert announcing them. They we're incredible to watch and so many role players - Rodman rebounding,
Kerr 3 pt. specialist, Harper defensive minded, Kukoc 6th man and that 6'10
height, Longley clogging up the lane with
his wide body.
95 - 96 Season was year of the Bulls. It was glorious year for the Chicago Bulls and I watched every game. I came to Chicago 1995 and living here since then.
still watching every game?
@@PeteKay I don't watch anymore since Jordan retired. . .
@@juckrain01 Me too. I stopped after 1998
It's quite a hell hole these days.
The legendary trio Jordan, Pippen & Rodman
This is a greatest team EVER! They have the GOAT in MJ, the best #2 in Pip and the best Rebounder EVER in the Worm!
Ehh Kobe or Shaq whichever position you wanna put them in, personally i got shaq above kobe so to me kobe is the best #2 ever but i would say whichever isnt first is the best #2
72-10 has a certain *RING* to it.
And they had amazing TONI KUKOČ.
They had Kerr making those timely 3 pointers.
THE GREATEST TEAM EVER WITH THE GREATEST PLAYER OF TIME!!!!
Rodman was key to second 3peat who else could guard anybody but the Worm ,he guarded Shaq, Kemp, Malone in second 3peat without him no repeat 3peat as great as Jordan and Pippen were they needed Rodman.
Agree bro
They needed a tough center...but got champion forward
They have to pass orlando magic and shaq. They were searching for some one who can shut shaq down. They were lucky that spurs did not want rodman
It's a Whole team effort.....
👍 agreed, denise rodman is the x-factor
27:27 That was Awesome, Coach just says, "Michael" and gives him that look (Time to put the cape on!)
I was heartbroken when the Bulls were eliminated a year before, but Micheal's return was a bit too late for them to come together like a championship team, then in 96, they returned in full force and Micheal was really back as the most dominant player in the league, and they just trampled the league and they beat Orlando in the rematch like a deflated balloon. Man, that was some run. Secretly, I also wanted the Sonics to push the series to 7, as I am a fan of Kemp and Payton. But, the Bulls were too much.
I wasnt lol! The Orlando Magic were destined for great things... then shaq left for l.a.
😊
Sonics were really good that year. Of the 13 games the Bulls lost that year between regular season & playoffs the Sonics gave them 3 of those. I was in the building for two of them, I barely remember either but I'm grateful I was there. It was special to see MJ in person.
I was a huge Sonics fan but I knew they were overmatched by the Bulls.
They had a great season that year though.....

It don't mean a thing, if it ain't got that Ring.
72-10 Ring > 73-9 no ring.
Sorry Draymond. You guys could have been the the greatest team but you loss.

@Daniel Le Kerr could have gotten the double nickel but Draymond screwed his own team and disobeyed his superiors' orders not to do anything stupid and funny during the course of the Finals series against the Cavs way back seven years ago 😅

What's even crazier is that the following year the Chicago Bulls came close to improving the 72-10 record. If memory serves me correctly Scottie Pippen was out because of back spasms and Dennis Rodman was suspended. Just imagine breaking an NBA season win record back to back.
The Chicago bulls of the nineties are and always will be the greatest team in basketball ever no team today can match them
Only one team that match them in that time and that is the rockets of Houston.

Yeah, best team ever. Question, are you interested in winning prizes in exchange for listening to one song?
@@percywillis Are you the artist in that one song? If so, what type of music?
Scottie Pippen was a hell of a finisher! I was so happy for him in 94 when he put the team on his back and won the MVP in my eyes. He got better as we see
I love his decoy on dat Kucoc play vs NY
“Won MVP”… 😆🤦🏼♂️
It wasn’t even close. Olajuwon won by a mile & Scottie finished 3rd (although shouldn’t have even been Top 5). He pouted like a crybaby in a playoff game & they lost in the 2nd round. It’s like you’re trying to rewrite history or something. 🤦🏼♂️
Of the 12 MVP candidates he finished: 8th in Win Shares, 8th in WS/48 mins, 7th in points, 9th in VORP, 8th in BPM, 10th in rebounds, 7th in assists, 12th in FG%, 8th in blocks & 1st in steals. He wasn’t even Top 5 based on math & facts!
Did you hear that Golden State. "72 and 10 ain't nothing without a ring"--Bill Wennington.
The 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls = 72 Wins - 10 Losses (39-2 Home & 33-8 Road) = Greatest Season Record in NBA history.

# MVP season - Michael Jordan,
# MVP play-off - Michael Jordan,
# All-Star MVP - Michael Jordan,
# Scoring Champion - Michael Jordan,
# Rebounding champion - Dennis Rodman,
# Sixth Man of the Year - Toni Kukoč &
# NBA Coach of the Year - Phil Jackson
# All-NBA First Team - Michael Jordan & Scottie Pippen.
# NBA All-Defensive First Team - Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen & Dennis Rodman.

# Michael Jordan became the 1st player ever to win the "Triple MVP" (Season, Play-off and All-Stars) + Scoring champion + NBA champion all in the same season!
# Scottie Pippen became the 1st person ever to win an NBA championship and an Olympic gold medal in the same year TWICE (1992 & 1996).
I remember I had this on a VHS tapes I used to love the Chicago bulls
A rock star team they were!!
The only losses that stuck to my mind for the 95-96 Bulls season were the 2 games in the Finals. I'm so grateful I was able to witness this kind of domination.
This particular season shows something in the statistics that never seems to get attention, and that is that Michael Jeffrey Jordan is the most lethal scorer in the history of the game, but not only that, he’s the most efficient shooter to ever live.
916-1850 49.5% 3P 111-260 .427
His 2 point stats 805-1590 50.6%
Now here’s the astounding thing.
The next closest to his 2pt FG was Glenn Robinson of the Bucks, but it’s not even close!
627-1382 45.4% 3P:90-263 34%
His 2P FG was as follows.
537-1119 48%
That’s a full 268 less FG’s than the goat. It’s unthinkable how dominate he was, and today they say the Midrange shot isn’t one you should take!
Barry bonds, Wayne Gretzky
There has never been two more dominant players, in a sport ever
This is by far the best Bulls team ever!!!
And the next year they went 69-13 and won the title again. MJ is and will always be the goat
i remember the arcade game NBA Jam - you pick the Bulls (Scottie and Jordon) it was unbeatable.
No u dont cuz u couldn't pick jordan...
Bulls 🐂 Dynasty 🏀
Unstop-a-Bulls🐂🏀
‘If Michael wants to make a statement, he is, over and over again’ the tagline for his career.
That’s insane that Jordan, Pippen and Rodman were all named to the All NBA Defensive 1st team that year.
Not only did they win the most games and win a championship but they’re probably also the most accomplished team in history for a single season. Jordan won league MVP, All Star MVP and Finals MVP. Jordan and Pippen NBA 1st team. Tony Kucox 6th man. Phil Jackson coach of the year.
The Bulls in the 90's straight work machine.
Not vs the rockets, rockets owned the bulls in the 90s.
@@hectorlopez1069lmao what planet are you living on 😂
Never a question MJ was the 95-96 MVP
He won all 3 MVPs that season. League. All Star and Finals. Was voted to both All NBA and All NBA defensive first teams
I grew-up in the Chicago-area and feel very fortunate to have watched every playoff-game in the six-peat on TV … for free.
We’ll never see a team like this again.
This is what the nba need right now, play for the game and the fans all over
can you imagine if a young Shaq joined the Bulls? talk about total domination.
That would be one team league. No one can win with MJ and shaq in same team
Shaq and MJ had great chemistry in the all star game. A little preview of what could have been!
Bulls always lacked a great center... Don't get me wrong, Bill Cartright and Luc Longley were more than average, but far from superstar level. Shaq or Robinson on the Bulls with MJ, Scottie, Toni, Steve, Harper, Rodman (or Grant) would be an all star team of their own :)
@@lichnost99 i agree
Imagine if Michael never went to play baseball they would’ve won eight championships in a row
you never know, MJ was not motivated after his dad passed away. If he would continue without motivation maybe 93 ring were the last
Easily if not 5 if they dont split up cuz of krause
Not against Olajuwon Rockets, Olajuwon rockets get 1 championship from Jordan, Jordan would of got 7, but not 8 in a row.
Jordan struggled alot against the Rockets in the regular season in the 90s.

So good to see Rodman wearing the 91 jersey for the bulls
“What time is it...8:30” 🤣😁😂
Lol
The Greatest Team of All Time!
The thing about this particular Chicago Bulls team was they would capitalize off any mistake a team would make. I remember the Bulls played more effectively than flashy. The sonics had a great record of 64 wins that year and also played very methodically.
Yep that's right
You have to capitalize. If you're not, it's obvious that you lack vision and insight of what's going on, on the court. Most folk were too caught up with fantasized thinking about MJ being Jesus. It's like they forget to include stories about Jesus playing basket ball back in the say. I can't with what folk be saying.
I lov to see the worm and the goat play together ❤
72 without a ring don’t mean a thing, wow wow ❤Bill Wellington ❤
Passion, devotion, will to win, respect love for the game
There's just something incredible and awe inspiring about watching reruns of Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls.
27:19 41:25 Longley very rarely gets any credit. Massively disrespected him in "The Last Dance" in which he is non-existent. He was no Jordan, Rodman, Pippen but he was the starting centre and played his roll exactly as was expected. He's been all but forgotten and disrespected ever since. He deserves some recognition for his contribution.

MJ GREATEST OF ALL TIME ⏲️ 🏀
image being a high school Chicagoan and baller to experience this and it is my hometown had an effect on me in different aspects of life ..teamwork, resilience and hard work, toughness... set my standards at a different level in basketball and everyday life.
I'm jus wondering why these historic nba video documentaries stopped after this one. I've searched far & wide for more on the years after this, but I could not. Thank you so much for the history lesson
The key of the 2nd 3peat was rodman and kukoc..we all know mj and pippen will doing great..added rodman and kukoc was the great pick by phil and the bulls.. Greatest team ever.. 💪💪💪
MJ Goat forever
I was always against them. But yet. Best team ever. How many hall of famers couldnt have a ring.
For me they're the greatest team ever..a complete package in offense and defense and a helluvah of a coach..it was a privelege to witness that greatness even if only on TV here in the Philippines..MJ is the GOAT for me..nobody could guard him ever..the most dominant ever to play basketball..
The city of Chicago were lucky to have had MJ in their city. They were the reason we loved basketball 🏀 and this music from the 90s I’m about to cry 😢
The best Bulls team ever in the History of the Bulls

The best NBA team ever 1996 Chicago bulls
Best Bulls team wouldve been 1994 team had Jordan not retired ;adding Kukoc,Kerr,Wennington to core group with Pippen,Horace Grant, Armstrong they win it again easy.
They might've had over 70 wins that year
I am a Lakers fan all time and MJ is the GOAT.
The '97-'98 Chicago Bulls compiled a 69-13 regular season record.
that was 1996-97 ... 1997-98 scottie missed the first two months and cost the bulls some wins ...they finished 62-20
MJ smackin the mascot around the head at 20.15 mark 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah it's funny but Michael isn't playing. He's super competitive and that mascot was mocking him with how he was standing. He was letting that mascot know to knock that off and get out of there. He was legit throwing a few medium hard shots to the mascots head. The mascot blocked the first one and then kept walking because he pissed off michael. Michael probably used that anger to go out and score like 40 points that night. Good job mascot.
Michael even threw a shot to the back of the mascot's head while he walked away. Cheap shot!
That's why Michael Jordan hates about debating who's the greatest of all time the real debates is about the greatest team of all time
Obviously MJ made the ultimate difference...but imagine trying to score against MJ, Scottie, Ron Harper AND Denis!!! That quartet is defensively unreal ...
Even with Dennis Rodman, a roster way more reliable than Steph Curry's "Hot or Not" Golden State Warriors!
I love that comment by bill wennington they’re down 12 6 minutes left Jordan takes over I think it was 20 something points in 6 minutes to win
Imagine adding another superstar to that 90's Bulls Team and it would be a piece of cake for the likes of KG, T-Mac, AI, VC, to get multiple championship rings.
I swear back then.. it didn't matter who your home team was you was rooting for the Bulls! Or I felt that way anyways.. Sure there's a few Sonic fans out there.. but most of the country was for the Bulls!
It was almost a sweep, but the sonics came back with two wins before losing it in 6 games.
Rodman celebrating every basket he made with gusto :-)
When basketball was more then scoring 3s from a god damn line
Yo Steve Kerr was outta pocket 😂😂😂😂😂
MJ was a killer.. Definitely in a league of his own
Obviously Chicago Bulls 72-10 were great, but Seattle Supersonics 64-18 very good team in their own right. Was relieved they won games 4 and 5 NBA Finals avoided a sweep trailing 3-0. Shawn Kemp played well against Chicago all series. He and Gary Payton were their stars ,key players Detlef Schrempf,Sam Perkins, Hersey Hawkins and Nate McMillan loved those guys my all time favorite sports team. Was proud of Seattle making it all the way to NBA Finals in 1996 after two disappointing 1st round losses two previous years.
