- You’re about to see one of the most incredible abandoned mansions we’ve ever found. Originally built in 1988 with 12,000 square feet of living space right on the beach. This would be anyone’s typical dream home. In 2012 the mansion went up for sale and almost immediately after hitting the market it was sold for 5 million dollars to a family that came to America from Egypt. But just 6 months later a devastating hurricane slammed into the northeast causing substantial amounts of damage to the home and many other homes around. But that’s not why this mansion is abandoned. After the hurricane the family fixed the house and made it quote on quote “hurricane proof” and did many other upgrades bringing the property value to $7,000,000. But according to neighbors and anonymous sources. The family was doing some shady things to acquire their wealth. Quite honestly no one knew what these people even did to become so rich. Some say they were part of the mafia, some say it was drug lords, no one really knows who these people are. But one thing we did find inside of the home was foreclosure papers dating to 2014. Which makes sense being that there are 2 luxury cars left behind in the garage that have tags dated to 2014. People in the neighborhood say they were here one day and gone the next never to return. So let’s explore and try uncover exactly why this place is abandoned. So join me today and let’s see what’s left.

This house was previously owned by Perry and Alex Criscitelli who were part of the Bonanno crime family. The current owner is Abdel asser Kamel Sheta Esmail who may be related to Gamal Abdel Nasser, an Egyptian military officer and politician who served as the second president of Egypt from 1954 until his death in 1970. It appears that the house was foreclosed because the owner did not pay the Homeowner Association Dues that were less than $10,000, Board of Directors of Ocean Gate Estates Home Owners Association Inc. - v. - Abdel Nasser Kamel Sheta Esmail et al. He also owes $55,623.07 for the property tax that was due on January 2, 2024, according to NYC Department of Finance.
That explains the decor.
He’s probably gonna get it back up n running
But how do I buy it
Those people were pigs!
@@Antoniocee414 it was listed for sale in 2015 and 2021 for almost 3 million. I bet there's more to the story why it's sitting abandoned
Mahjong is where you match pieces. Thats Backgammon!!
Yaa.... hes an idiot...lol
Thank you. I do wonder sometimes who these people are. It's not like it's an ancient game...
Lol....right .
Exactly
I left if they found your posts and they came after you
These people are muslim. These Arabic books in the beginning are Qur’An. In the office there is a prayer rug on the chair. The Arabic writings on the walls in all of the rooms are different verses from the Qur’An. I just find your channel. I like your video’s and your calming voice! Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
Stfu! This ain’t no Arabs house 🤣. They know nothing about luxury
I was there visiting in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 during the Christmas season 2023. I had a blast!✨
Him describing 90’s furniture as MODERN, is my favorite parts 😂😂😂 or the fryer described as being for fondue 🫕😂😂😂😂 love these guys!
Thought I was the only one 😂
I don't think this was abandoned in the 90's considering curved flat screen TV's weren't a thing till around 2015ish? It's a Smart Screen UHDTV too which means it's 4k resolution and that tech didn't become common until roughly the same time. Give or take some years. Def not tech from the 90's that's for sure lol.
They literally said it was last occupied in 2014
And the backgammon board being called Mahjong 😂
Well, it was Modern for the 90's... so not totally wrong...lol
This house is in Staten Island NY. Here is another fun fact. Steven Segal actually was one of the ex owners.
Thank you! Nothing like leaving out the most important detail in the video!
Nicolisi Drive in Staten Island!
😂 imagine the drive it would be to get all that furniture out and down to like a Southern state or something because all that stuff would just be thrown out when the house is sold or whoever moves in the house would just throw it all out and it would end up in a landfill which is incredibly incredibly sad when it could go to people who actually need the furniture
@samariapenaloza6106 it is all full of mold spores, though. It would be very hard to get out of upholstery and rugs. Hard surfaces like tables and floors. But not the fabric that stuff needs bleached and you can't bleach all of that.
@@samariapenaloza6106 I wouldn’t want anything from the house. They might be purchased from blood $.
There’s a tide mark on the Mercedes from Hurricane Sandy, I assume the same for the BMW. This family bought the house just prior to Sandy, they repaired the house (next door was demolished) and had ‘nt got to the garage. Tax and sales records show they still own the house.
The zebra print carpet and a lot of the furniture was in the house when they purchased it, going by the last for sale listing. Most other CZcamsrs are saying the husband was arrested and the family deported, but my research shows the wife is still in the area. The foreclosure you refer to was by the HOA, it’s listed in court documents, probably for Hurricane proofing their house without HOA approval I’m guessing.
It has been listed several times since 2014 but always withdrawn
Is it for sale now??
None of these houses are actually abandoned, utubers just say they are lol @@rawuncut1784
This got me interested in looking up the details, looks like it was previously owned by a member of the Bonanno family before them.
Whats the address? I wanna look it up
Also, the current owners of the house were charged with trafficking and abusing the housekeeper. Very sad. They had six children.
I always loved SNOOPING in old abandoned houses as a kid. It is much better when you have you guys to share it with. Thanks for the tour. Amazing. Good job folks!
We just gonna ignore the fact that it looks like someone’s brains were blown out by the pool table 😂
My husband son and I are like wtf they're getting their fingerprints all over a crime scene. In the kitchen too.
Rust...not blood , not brains... rust! Good lord
@keliorr76 that's alot of random rust even in the bimmer?? Idk lol
@@keliorr76 your dumb my guy look at it and zoom in there is a animal foot print on the tile where the (blood) is at and pool table felt doesn’t grow rust neither does polished tile maybe wasn’t a humans blood now that I look at it but 110% not rust 😂😂
I was thinking the same thing, what is that!
The fridge and microwave in the master bathroom was probably used to store baby formula or breast milk, and then heated up in the microwave, it would easier than going downstairs to the kitchen for a baby bottle at night, since there is a crib next to the bed.
I am sure you are right, we too have a fridge and microwave upstairs and a coffee station... Sometimes I think this young man should think more before he "guesses" what things are. There are amazing books regarding styles.
@@suzannecosmo7132 as if it's common to have a fridge and microwave in your bedroom for breast milk and baby formula. GET A GRIP!
Leeaferrians said baby formula, I said coffee. Life is not good without coffee... so you get a grip.
I think there is much to learn about a life style others than yours... I find it strange that in these very large homes, no one ever dedicated any rooms to servants. Do you really believe the lady of the house did her own vacuuming? I live in a small house, but have a housekeeper and cook ( not live in) but help is help.
💯
@@suzannecosmo7132there was servants quarters in this house according to another comment
Don't be surprised if there's hidden rooms that you don't even know
The same here
The house is beautiful with all that marble and kids that stuff's not easy to keep clean
I have a feeling that confessional type room front has a hidden room behind it.
I definitely wouldn't be surprised with that room especially
You said the mansion is abandoned, but why is every room trashed?
South Dakota here. Love to see your homes. I’m still still stuck on the Donna Summers home shame
She had incredible good taste...rip Donna.....
@@user-wn2di5st4kI just watched it the first time last week and saw it again right now. Loved it.. so amazing to hear they bought it
That basement was kind of scary. The bed in a room that had a hair stylist set up and no windows? I don't know...creepy house is what I say but I couldn't look away. Great explore!
Storage
You can tell a man dominated the home. If it was for the kids stuff and the women in the picture you would never think woman lived there.
It's a room for the servant/maid of the house, nothing creepy, just old and dark
All the beds remind me of trafficking into todays standards.
If u have Kids u Need a sepperat room to having fun
they had a bad taste in style, all that money and that’s how they decorated it💀
😂😂😂😂😂
I agree. But I think the one doing the video needs to understand what he is showing people.
Right?! Dayum that’s some ugly decor 😂
Gaudy
This entire house is hideous, from the architectural style to the interior.
Huge, nice marble, TACKY TACKY DECOR!!!
Lol, I think they were modern for the times but now too tacky 😂
it was literally 2014 what do u expect 🤣🤣 it makes sense, animal print was popular in 2010-2014
Scarface 😅
House has unique architecture design, just needs a professional interior designer touch.
I think the furniture of today is gross
Loved the observatory in this house, only because I LOVE the beach, especially our North Carolina beaches. You sold me when you said sitting, reading while you hear the sound of the ocean‼Thanks for this video! I just found you & I suspect I'll be spending a lot of time with you here❣
Love the observatory. The master bathroom is super cool too. Keep up the awesome work, love the channel. Watching from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
I don’t even want to imagine what went on in that house.
I said the same exact thing, only if those walls could talk.
I know right
Probably scammers lived there
It’s filthy

Could you imagine being the previous owner of his house and coming across his video

I’ve not thought of this. I’ve always been amazed by what was or has been left behind.

I always wonder this with every video. But this one would probably hit different especially to the mom seeing all
Her kids things when they were babies
Too much repetitive discussion and words.
Dude that game was backgammon LOL😂 good video man I'm enjoying your stuff
Fridge in the bathroom on the second floor ....Amazingly Clever So SMART!!! With a mansion that big ..... alit'l but on each floor
Excellent job
Hey Bigbankz! What a find. Your FB “tease” had me intrigued so thank you for posting this! This house, in its heyday, must have been quite the vision! So much luxury going to waste.
Just wanted to say big kudos to you and how much respect (towards the family) you put into this tour. Such a kind heart you share. Blessings always to you!
Watching from CO!
It would make these tours 10x better if you shared who lived there and what actually happened to them
That's the deal probably
yeah you want him dead tf is wrong with u
it was a movie actress
Thought so too
That’s what I was waiting on
What looked to be a prayer room at the beginning seemed like there could be a hidden door, I loved the space with the purple couch, rug, and round table where the10ft shopping receipt was found. Stay away from the basement it looked really creepy like bad evil creepy...
This house has a dark & scary vibe
Think it was a murder there
No murders happened here. This house was involved in human trafficking the family fled to Qatar when federal authorities caught on in December of 2014. It’s well documented under NYC Llanto v. Nassar Kemel Sheta Esmail if you want more information. Justice for Ms. Llanto!!

That BMW has a 4.4 V8 with actual twin turbos. Its not an M Car but it has the M Sports package. Its a 7 series with about 445 HP. Its more of a luxury sports car. Very nice ride.
BMW 750M XDrive is a pretty rare model. 5.0L twin turbo., that thing must have flown.
Had a few BMW’s. 2 x 7 series, one a V8 with a 3.5l engine.
Were quite ahead of their time with computers, fax 📠, phones built in late 80’s.

Hey Bankz! I loved this video. I used to be an interior decorator for a couple of showrooms during 2007-2014, and one of them carried only the highest end furniture companies. It was my favorite job I've ever had! It's crazy because I recognize a lot of the furniture and rugs from those days and it's ALL from the most expensive lines, as you guessed. I can tell from the style of the decor that they had an interior decorator come through and do the rooms for them and furnishings. But then, like you were saying, all those tacky fuzzy comforters and things like that makes it clear the smaller items that they were purchasing themselves, they had no clue how to match colors and decorate. It seems like they must have had some young babies that they were having to feed, and rather go up and down stairs they just put a fridge and a microwave in the master so they could do bottles and whatnot easily. Maybe they had multiples like twins or triplets that made it difficult to manage.
As a real estate agent & investor, they most likely either had 2-3 families staying here or used as a large extended family vacation home.
Those fuzzy blankets are comfortable.

Love the respect you give to people's belongings! I have to say I just watched another tour of this same house and in between his video and yours some really horrible humans trashed that house. So sad. But you are appreciated, thanks for your great content ❤
I mean, it really really doesn’t matter. The house is gonna get foreclosed on anyway everything‘s gonna go in the garbage so who cares if they take the stuff I never understood why you guys are humming and hoeing about why stuff gets taken who cares they’re in a whole Nother country, they fled for tax evasion. Do you really think they care about this stuff being taken? No they owe $55,000 and back property taxes. Do you think they give a damn about taking some stuff out of this damn house and it’s just gonna go to the landfill anyway, so somebody might as well take it.
Im from Norwich in the UK. Love your videos. I've been watching a while now! Keep em coming!! ❤
Every time I see that entry with the winding stairwell I can't help but visualize Al Pacino coming down with his machine gun saying, "Say hello to my leetle fren...!" It must be the purple on the walls.....😄
Love how you describe the pieces in the home as you walk through it💞
Thank You BigBankz , Always Appreciated,This house is Awesome, Be Safe Always 🙏
Did you see the blood stains by the pool table? Could be why they left so quickly
Bravo, another in depth look at an abandoned mansion. The game was backgammon, an expensive set at that. Grateful for your professional work, on every level and you put mileage in going over oceans. Fascinating on every level. Have I become a voyeur? Great channel gentlemen, you exceed expectations, always .
This house is amazing! The stone they used for the fireplace in the master bedroom looks like Agate! It is gorgeous! And good gravy the master bath!😮
?? "Good gravy the masterbath"??
Do you guys ever take stuff you find in the houses?
Love your videos and the respect you show to the properties and individuals who lived there. Watching from Kansas.

Watching from Sydney Australia and this is one of my favourite places you've been to. That master bathroom!! 😍
Thanks for another amazing adventure 🙂
Damn Bankz 😳 that mansion is amazing!! Great find and tour. 😍
I love the kitchen with all the super high quality appliances 😳 can’t imagine what that room alone cost!! I wonder what’s keeping this place from being sold if it was foreclosed on in 2014? Ten years of being abandoned can take its toll 😢
I live in a tiny mid-Michigan town and enjoy your work. 🙌🏻
That purple couch upstairs is a dangerous death drop for all those kids in the house. All kids climb on couches and look down. How crazy
Watching from New Hampshire. Loved the observatory. The horrible zebra stuff was fugly! No accounting for taste! The kitchen was really cool too! Very cool video!! Thanks!!
I absolutely love the main staircase. I was surprised that it was still in such descent shape. Great video!! Shout out from El Reno Oklahoma🙂
I like the observatory best. I could sit up there reading or crocheting and listening to the ocean. I’m in Jacksonville NC.
That's where my daughter lives, he'll yea❤
My son was here today and turned on my Roku, and put on one of your episodes. I just watched this one. I love all the purple!! I'm in Fort Smith, Arkansas! New fan!!
I’m from Jacksonville NC also! Was looking for a beach scene theme in the house. Did not like the color profile but understood it’sa culture thing. Liked the architecture of the house though.
This looks like had money, but didn't come from money. The decorating was beyond horrible. It looked like poor people went on a spending spree. I really appreciated your concern for not showing inappropriate material. Well done.
Exactly it’s hilarious. Every time he says look at this expensive marble or look at this expensive that I’m like you don’t realize that stuff is so Gotti tacky cheap because you’ve never been around expensive things they assume anything that has marble on there or that looks big is expensive and fancy when an actuality that stuff isn’t bad and poor taste.
Thank you for sharing the tour of this amazing beautiful abandoned mansion. All parts are awesome esp the master’s bedroom ... so sad nobody lives there anymore...
These videos with all the items being left makes me wonder about the things they did take. My imagination runs wild thinking about the original owners of all these beautiful homes. You’ve explored a couple homes from where I’m from, tennessee, and you always go above and beyond. It’d be so cool if you could get into the abandoned knoxville college. In high school me and some friends explored it and I think you could make some amazing content. 10/10 video, as usual.
18:31 I’m glad you know Prince. So many people around our age don’t know his music.
Definitely 2chainz song “I’m different” lol
Omg are you serious? This shocks me all the time
I’m from Oklahoma City. My favorite parts of the home, is the amazing Ocean view. And I loved that kitchen!! I didn’t care for the wood on the cabinets and other built ins, I think it is Teak wood. Very hard to care for. But the Kitchen itself, the size, its bones!! The appliances. And I loved the Grand stair case with the animal print carpet. The Master bedroom was pretty nice too, but the fridge and microwave in the bathroom…. That was just odd. And I love the observatory!!! What an amazing way to sit and think about God and his amazing creations!!! Thanks for the tour!!! Also, the floors, counter tops and around the showers, etc. was Marble, not Granite, or it appeared so to me.
I can't shake the overall feeling that some murders took place in this house and esp in that BMW!! But also by the pool table, in the kitchen! I was thinking of a possible hit squad or something but most folks just don't abandon something that at one point looks very costly. Someone mentioned a hurricane and probable flooding from the storm but I would mostly be concerned about the development of black mold!
I thought something foul happened in the house too initially. The more I kept watching, the more I began to think that this family fled in a hurry with passports and most important jewelry. The family's cash was already safe in Swiss and Caribbean banks. The family is back in Egypt or Dubai.
No murders family was involved in human trafficking
Hey watching from North Carolina. I love the Observatory!!! Great video.

What I immediately noticed was the lack of windows in this house.
It's so claustrophobic and depressing, in my opinion.
Do you ever check the local registrar/recorder's office to determine who the current owner of these properties is?
Yes! Who were the owners???
It’s all in the comments.
Previous owners include Steven Segal.
Bonnano Mafia Crime Family.
That is exactly the first thing I noticed. The closure of the Ocean views.
It was dark, number one because of the decor and two, the ceiling to floor windows to the back patio were boarded up, so there was no film of the view of the ocean between the kitchen and the two living rooms. He did film the door that opened to the patio.
The fewer windows, the easier it is to cool the rooms. A rather reasonable solution for a sunny country.
Wow!! Just wow! 😮

10 people lived in house there were 10 beds, including the baby crib and the toddler bed. There was also always 10 seats at their tables.
I'm floored who just can ditch all these super expensive items let alone a mansion. If only I could be that well off.. INSANE!!!!
I thought the same at first. But then I imagined WHAT had forced them to run like that! It must’ve been something extremely horrible 🫣
Not a case of ditching them.
When someone goes tits up/skint/broke… they have to take what they can. Sometimes will be locked out & will have limited space for their items as probably going to smaller property.
Sometimes you’ve got to cut your losses & leave it all behind. Gym likely was not financial sense to take apart, move it all & reset it. 😅
The house belonged to Abdel Wadood. Everything was left there because police raided his house. He stole millions of dollars. He was able to make a 10 million bail. And his family was forced back into Egypt

This house is gorgeous. Sad to see how much was left behind. My favorite room is the observatory, make that into a bedroom. I'm watching from Ottawa Canada.
The previous owners of this house are also interesting, apparently, in 2004, the husband, former president of San Gennaro feast, is a member of the Bonanno crime family - an Italian-American Mafia crime family and one of the "Five Families" that dominates organized crime activities in NYC. His wife, Annette, also resigned from her position of treasurer in 2004 alongside her husband amidst the alleged mob ties investigation. After selling this house, the couple moved two minutes down the road, the house is registered in her name only.

I love that nobody mentioned the MASSIVE pool of dried blood all over the floor by the pool table, at first I thought it was puke but that is definitely blood, it looks like somebody was shot and bled out or brutally butchered there.
I was thinking the same thing!! No one noticed it?
@@ThePsj123456789 theres another similar stain in the kitchen near the oven & stovetop in the corner.
Blood near the pool table, kitchen and BMW... definitely looks suspect...
I think it's rust from metal rafters. The health department would make the bank clean up blood.
It definitely looks like dried blood just an opinion but there seems to be such a large amount for it to be rust
Wow, that was amazing. Love the observatory at the top, I would make that my bedroom!
Los Angeles, Calif. here. Loved the observatory because of the Ocean view and sounds you'd het while up there. Not my taste in design but definately impressive. Good viewing. Thanks.
Greetings from Phoenix, Arizona thanks for the great video! For me the home is gorgeous, but the interior decoration needs a BIG overhaul…lol😂 The colors are just too gaudy. The family should have went with more earth tone colors, warm and inviting. I would add some nice warm but rich wood flooring to complement the marble. The basement was giving me big Spec Ops: The Line vibes, looked like maybe it was really flooded at one time? My favorite part of the home was the kitchen, the appliances…😮💨🤤😍‼️👍
I cannot imagine why ANYONE would want anything so grossly overdone as this. I like nice things as much as the next person, but geez/Louise!!! Can you imagine have to keep a house like that CLEAN? Even if you had all that space to have friends/family come to stay with you at the beach, the space does not even make sense. You'd need a whole staff to just to keep up with the house, no way just a housekeeper alone would be enough. A maintenance man, grounds keeper, live in child care, cook..... the list goes on.
Nice video. Just goes to show you how some people live. Thanks for the video, keep up the good work. ❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉meow meow

I would imagine they had hired help. A maid, a cook and someone for the yard work.
I would live like that. 😁
No hired help here, just stolen young girl slaves, then the husband got caught
I’m surprised that after being “abandoned” for so long, nobody squatted & took it over.
That is so sad to see the writing on that red BMW. After watching more of the video you covered up some bad sayings that were in the bedroom, it is starting to make me think that this family was targeted. Thank you or honouring the family and covering up the nasty words in that room.
These people were very dirty! Doesn’t look like she had a house cleaning staff ? I know it’s been abandoned, but even in her red BMW there was kids junk and food wrappers all on the floor? Yikes!
