Ben's lost some weight! Lookin good!
❤
I was thinking he lost about 50 or so
She really knows how to make design homy, like yes it is designed as a cottage, old cottage but the design is also very comfy and homy,it feels more like a home rather than a design interior for a catalogue...I could swear it was always like that!! Erin doesn't take from the architecture of the house, she incorporates her design with the bones pre existing...so it doesn't feel renovated at all...❤❤
Omg! I love the dress the home owner is wearing 😍 . The house isn't small it's perfect. Ben and Erin and their crew do absolutely amazing work ! That's in my opinion is the perfect home!❤.
Layout of the house just amazing, but what B&E have done with it, let us speechless. Perfect home, where beauty, functionality and "uniqueness" find their balance. ❤❤❤
How did Ben lose all the weight! He looks terrific!!
Carnivore?
Wow Ben, You look great!!!
Slimin' down!
Laurel, Mississippi is reminiscent of New York City 😂😂😂😅
As a lady of a certain age, I would love to have a home like this. It's the perfect cozy cottage. I love it all!. 💜🏡👍
Is there nothing Ben cannot do? Amazing.
English born and bred here. My home is 175 years old. I live in the English countryside in a village that was founded in 970AD. My home has fireplaces in every room in the house except the bathrooms. They are all still working. A cottage, in its traditional British sense, is a small, charming house, typically located in rural or semi-rural settings. Historically, cottages were humble abodes for agricultural workers, fishermen and miners cottages but over time, they’ve become sought-after for their idyllic aesthetics and cosy ambiance. What makes a cottage distinct from a regular house is not just its size but also its architectural features and historical context. As a country we like the old we preserve it as much as we can.
Such a lovely home! And that chest of drawers that Ben made at the 07:00 mark - gorgeous!
Ben really does quality work! I noticed that the drawer(s) in the piece he made for the entry had dovetail joints, which is the mark of true craftsmanship.
Very Good project 👍❗️❗️👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽💯💯💯👏👏👏🤣🤣🤣❣️
Literally love every single episode
All the people on this program are PHENOMENAL cast crew friends family townspeople craftsmen artisans business owners ALL the labor… you guys really have created a fairy tale around you with all your blood sweat and tears❤❤❤❤❤❤

What a beauty! ❤
Amo tudo que eles reformam ou constroem.❤
looks cozy without being cramped up... you made the best out of this small place
Laurel has a great downtown- I love that Ben and Erin have basically saved this town with likeminded people- my only "issue" is that they should remove items for habitat restores etc ( or at least garage cabinets :)
Such a beautiful use of space, love it!
Ben's weight loss looks good & is SO healthy for him!
Love love this house!
I love this little cottage home! There were lots of little corners where one can be comfy. Well done, Ben and Erin, as usual. I wonder how many rooms are in this house.
Love this house !
Spectacular!
Very nice
Awesome transformation, truly a beautiful, comfortable home. A place for a family to make memories.
Ben kept keeping it up looking up
Good one!
Oh ya. That IS amazing
A really nice job!!!!
Beautiful House 😍
Gorgeous 😍
Very cosy,,❤
No place where people care about each other has anything to do with NYC. I passed through going to Connecticut and back. You can have that place. I don't even want to go near it. I'd move to Laurel in a heartbeat, however. I'm just not a big city woman.
To me it seems like everyone I talk to moved from NY, don't see anyone moving to NY.
@@alla9916 Same for me. Nobody moves up north. They move down here. We're friendlier, the weather and food are better, and none of that $5000 a month rent nonsense!
beautiful
Really cute!
Lovely… kitchen could have used an other color
I hadn’t seen this show is a while and I didn’t recognize Ben,he’s lost so much weight,I hope he’s ok.
It was intentional, I believe.
What is the Kitchen cabinet color, please?
I was wondering the same thing. It’s so pretty.
Cottagyyyy & Perfect. @9:45
Mm Hmmmmmm🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
New York...extremely nice and caring?
Ben doesn’t seem to be happy anymore from the older videos.
I thought🤔 I was the only one who noticed that.🤗
Ben's voice sounds strained. Hope all is well with you.
Do they really have to hold hands while they’re showing a client the house? It makes people feel like an outsider. Kinda unprofessional to do PDA on job
I like they are simpatico❤ soul mates
