Hi, I have a doubt regarding my IP VDP. I recently installed hik vision KIS603 model in my home. I registered cards through the master card came with the device. Now after 2 weeks, my device is not reading cards. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Any solution?

Please I need your answer,
Yesterday I bought an Intercom Kit of Hikvision.
• DS-KV8202-IM
• DS-KH6320 TE1 (2 Pieces)
• Witek PoE switch PS205
When I plugged the monitors in to the switch they turned on and the lan port on the switch turned on and started blinking, same for the second monitor , but when I plugged the Intercom station , doesn't show anything , I have tried everything possible, but the DS-KV8202 doesn't power on , Do you have any idea what could be cause this? , do you know any type of solution?
Please I need an answer as fast as possible.

Hello ALBMedia Production! DS-KH6320-TE1 support standard POE (POE 48V) and DS-KV8202-IM only support distributor switch of Hikvision (POE 24V) example is DS-KAD606 can be use it for DS-KV8202-IM. Thank you so much!!!

@@ALBMEDIA Yes, this switch does not support POE powering to the DS-KV8202-IM device. Because 8202-IM only supports POE 24V. You can power it with the adaptor 12VDC. Thank you so much!
