I feel like I have been ripped off and falsely advertised too, because Appearance Editor doesn't work for CC3, but instead of fixing it they came with "SkinGen" and charge us more than CC3 smh

I cannot stress enough THE usefulness of these COMBINED TOOLSETS for those looking for a COMPLETE CHARACTER CREATION PIPELINE TOOLSET!!!!!! I have been looking for a way to transfer DAZ3d content to CC3; and the videos available now online are not fully connected work process practices, (DAZ3D to iClone), or just outdated. I see that this is an effective tool and will try out the different combinations that DAZ3D + CC3 have to offer for character generation. Thank you so much for this super fast way to make characters more real and then life-like! I am definitely starting on my game come my way! One with this show man!!!

Would be nice to have the option to use a solid color for the base color slot instead of an image texture. I have some tattoo assets that only include an opacity mask texture because the tattoos are meant to be a single color.
Is it possible to direct the character's newly created UV back into DAZ3D？

I have a question. Kind of unrelated, but I'm very new to Character Creator. Is it possible to transfer features from a custom Daz model onto CC? Not textures, but morphs.
Another question: What about UV transfer but in reverse? Let's say, I have some textures from Skin Gen that I really like and I want to add them to my Daz model for personal use. Can I go from CC to Daz?
Q1: Yes, you can export your Daz model to CC3 then make a new morph which then can be added to other CC3 models but keep in mind that it may not look exactly the same "very small but noticeable differences" caused by the transfer of topology from Daz topology to CC3 topology.
Q2: No, since the topology & UVs are different the texture maps will be different. Someone may develop a tool that transfers the textures in the future but I don't see that coming anytime soon not to mention CC3 making a new topology & UVs just few days ago and may as well change them in the future. If such a tool was developed it would need regular updates and work to keep up with the changes.

Am I the only one who feels like we have been scammed in the community? What are you talking about? SkinGen is free and it is a much improved version on the Appearance Editor. Nobody is charging you on anything, stop spreading false information.
@@Oxidus the premium version isn't free.. and I still cant get Smart Gallery to show up on CC3 to even use to SkinGen projects.. so whats false?

@@innerguardianXIII i have a Ryzen 3900x CPu. and RTX 2070 super GPU and 32gb 3600mhz trident Z rgb RAM.. i contacted reallusion support about it and they fixed the issue for me.. they had to send me a direct link to the download for CC3
