you don't even need the cheat if you already have the p-90 smg. just press the hotkey 5(above r and t in keyboard) or whatever your hotkey youv'e for smg. Rockstar foorgot to put the check if ur in vehicle u cant shoot with this heavy smg. it is not possible on ps3 tho

Iirc you don't need a cheat code to do this. If this gun is already possessed, get in the car and use the top row number keys to select it.
