In Call of Duty: Ghosts, there is a dlc map called Showdown (or Showtime) which is a reimagined Shipment from COD4. If you go into spectator mode go REALLY far up, the arena and cars reveal the entire map to be the Neversoft logo. Neversoft helped make Cod: Ghosts,

The dolls are a call of duty zombies reference:
The tally marks on the wall match the round system format, the room is similar to samantha's room, and the dolls look like her. This may not be related but the text on the wall that says "run" is a common thing in cod zombies maps, the most known being a door with "help" drawn over it in chalk on Nacht der Untoten.

I thought the exact same. The 3 girls are the 3 teddy's in almost every BO Zombs and the one on the bed is the Big Teddy from another easter egg in the COD BO series. Plus when the dolls teleported its similar to how samantha teleports her demon dogs.

Then according to this, the little zombie fighting the doll could represent the BO1 zombie map Moon Easter Egg where Richthofen takes control of the zombies away from Samantha and switches souls with her.
It might be a long shot, but the BO2 Easter Eggs with the Tranzit Crew could back this up, since if you do Maxis's side of the Easter Eggs, Richthofen is turned into a zombie.

I got another apex legends Easter egg. Sorry I cant explain properly in words but I will try.
In the training mode, you can make the dummies attack. Heres how.
1. Drop all your weapons (you spawn with a p2020 so drop that and the ammo).
2. Where you spawned, go outside and go inside the last bunker that's on your left.
3. Use pathfinder to grapple up to the balcony inside the bunker.
4. When you are there, crouch and look down.
5. Change your legend and you should hear a activation sound.
The training dummies should now attack, they can have gray to purple armor and they can be equipped with a hemlock assault rifle, a peacekeeper shotgun and the L-star LMG. They can also punch and kick you but they have no abilities.

In Batman Arkham Knight, there is a section where you have to use the mirror and surveillance footage to enter a code into a keypad. If you mess up enough Batman will just smash is instead, letting you in. I found this on accident because I kept messing it up lol

That Easter Egg reminded me of the movie Miss Peregrim's House for Peculiar Children, where one character has the ability to give life to inanimate objects like dolls or even corpses by playing surgeon with then and even giving them organs. When his power was shown, he used it to give life to two dolls and making them fight like gladiators.
Theres literally a scene in Shaun of the dead where he says "but dogs can look up" lmao

It’s been years since I’ve seen CoD Ghosts get a mention. Still cool that you managed to get a touch on those Easter eggs, there’s a lot of those specialized kill streaks in the multiplayer for the maps.

The painting and dolls in Zombie Army look pretty similar to each other, perhaps they're related to the same larger Easter egg? Maybe the dolls are a depiction of the woman in the painting when she was a child and her backstory is hidden throughout the game?

Hey captain. I thought it would be cool if you could do a video on amazing details in older games like for example in the first Splinter Cell:
- During the CIA mission you can hear two Agents listening to a broadcast of the main antogonist of the game. One of them says that he hears a cow in the background and the other one a chain rattling. This is a foreshadowing of the Abattoir level in which the antagonist set is base of operation
- Also in the level Kalinatek there is a fish tank. If you shoot it and water leaks, you can shoot it with an electric charge and it will knock out an enemy if he steps in it.
Pretty cool details for a 2004 game.

The painting Easter egg is a reference to the weeping angels scene in doctor who where the girl looks at a camera looking a a weeping angel and it slowly goes to the camera and makes a similar face
You can also find in the first mission on za4 there is some writing on a wall that says “I am the doll maker” and a toolbox sitting on a table

The weird zombie hand at 4:03, COULD be an Easter egg/reference to an old horror movie called "Idle Hands." It has to do with a guy named Anton who has a demonic hand-which at one point in the movie he severs off and it goes on a killing spree.

I think the Zombie hand was a reference to The Adams Family because first off there is a hand with a mind of it's own in the movie and there is a fencing scene early on in the movie which is what they were trying to show with the hand fencing.
3:35 most likely CoD Zombies by treyarch, the Samantha Dolls that can be found on maps also reference to the tally marks on the wall as that's the way the rounds are normally displayed in game and on most maps there are words wrote on walls like that
