In modern warfare, when opening loot boxes in warfare, there is a random chance of getting a jump scare, and the jump scare always has random audio. And if you melee the scarecrow multiple times (forgot which game mode) it will cause explosive damage to you, and only you.

What I think about the watch dogs easter egg is that there is a dog inside moarning the death of it's owner, and the outside dog was a neighbor dog waiting for the owner to greet it. Very sad.
Considering no one's allowed in, the dog inside is most likely trapped or a ghost. Probably still mourning the owner either way though.
I got one for you. Its on Final Fantasy XV. Its specialty for video game details. But i consider it an easter egg too. If you go in first person while driving the Regalia, pay attention to the gas meter in the car and the one on your hud. The gas meter shows the same amount of gas as the one on your hud does. The one in the car is a little hard to spot. But the less ls gas you have, the easier it is to see.

So when you are heading to the aquarium to look for abby ,you have to go through the sewer thingys and once you are there you have to kill a woman who is guarding the entrance so that woman is on her phone / console and on that console is Hotline Miami

In rise of the tomb raider theres a reference to tetris. If you go to the mine after you leave the cave and go inside the building with the jammed door you can find a box and if you rotate it you can see tetris pieces and it says "these pieces look familiar. I know ive seen something like these before."
in the ubisoft game "STEEP", doing a big jump will sometimes trigger the same sound effect used when you do a leap of faith in assassins creed.

The Watchdogs 2 easter egg could be that the dog is a ghost, given it cant ve interacted with, and the howls inside are us hearing its last moments, its a stretch but hey, it works
In MW you for got one easter egg. If you are by your self and shoot the scarecrow (in domination or ground war) enough time it will eventually kill you. Shoot or hit it a few times and a sound along with a skull will come out of it. Do the same a few more times and the scarecrow will jump causing an explosion and a sound that will kill you.
I think the Watch Dogs2 sad dog police tape is to condemn the house because the family abused it to death. The cries are of pain. It’s actually the dogs ghost.
There is an assassins creed Easter egg on the gap of the armour mission in watch dogs legion after you disable the booby traps in hamish bojali’s flat. Your character can jump off of the building and do a leap of faith.

You should do a compilation of all the ghosts in the update. Some are more rare than others like the ghost girl which only seems to be on dam and hospital (along with a pile of limbs under the washroom door at stadium).
In Warzone, there’s two others I know of. Go to west promenade and head over to like the circus area with the Ferris wheel and you can see ghosts roaming within the area. There’s another one near lumber too where you can see a ghost train on the tracks that will show up once in awhile too
Sometimes on FIFA 20 when scoring an easy goal the commentators will say something like this :It is so easy for him he goes through the defence finishes with ease..it's like he's playing FIFA!

I only discovered your videos recently so I dont know if you've covered it but in watchdogs 2 if you go the the cemetery (where you can find a glyph for the special outfit) sometimes it will be full of zombie cosplayers

You forgot one Easter egg in warzone. If you melee the TVs that are lying around the map, Jigsaw will appear for a few seconds. This only happen to me once.

The dog watching the house could be referencing the dog who waited for a man at a train station everyday since the man interacted with the dog everyday and the dog kept coming back to the train station even after the man died.

I don't know if that's necessarily a reference to The Shining. The phrase "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" is a common idiom that is hundreds of years old. It means only working and never relaxing will make you a dull, boring person.
