As per the act , Upper floor area calculation Loft areas are excluded , so how come double height space can be considered for luxury tax ?
Initially luxury tax was 3000 thn 4 and now 5000...it will keep increasing...funny thg is tht this not for LUXURY and is merely calculated on the basis of total area...same time luxury houses with less than 3000 ft2 is not.paying this tax and ordinary houses of above 3000ft2 to pay...may b later the present 3000 mark may reduce to 2500...
