Hi Rob. No, unfortunately the free shipping benefits for Prime on Amazon.com (i.e. USA) is only for shipping addresses in USA. The good news, though is that Amazon recently launched Prime in Singapore. Go to amazon.com.sg and you can either create a new account or even sign in with the same email and password u have on the US site. After that simply join Prime there (you can even start with the free 30 day trial).

Hi, do you mean a time period for delivery? They have a "scheduled delivery" option but only for eligible large items (eg. a tv). It will say on the product detail page that the item has scheduled delivery as an option.

Which is the better way really depends on your needs and the perks that come with the specific card you use (ie. it depends on your issuing bank as they give different perks for specific cards), so there are 100's of card products available. Amazon themselves have a rewards visa card where you get rewards back (more info here www.amazon.com/gp/cobrandcard/marketing.html/ref=cobrand_ch_c1_help1?pr=con321&place=help). They also have a store card where you get a free $20 gift card when you apply for the store card (more info here www.amazon.com/gp/cobrandcard/marketing.html/ref=footer_plcc?ie=UTF8&place=camp&plattr=PLCCFOOT&pr=conplcc). How do I know the product is a genuine? The same product sell by different stores, how do I choose? Or should I choose the lowest price form the bottom of the page “new form” bar?
HI Samuel. I would check the seller/store ratings (eg. 4 stars and 95% or more positive, over the last 12 months or more, with lots of ratings (eg. thousands). (See from timestamp 7:30 in the video). The higher the percentage (and the longer it's been, and the more ratings it received) the better and you'll know that other customers were happy with the seller. On the Product Detail Page they should say if it is NOT genuine, so if you don't see anything there then it's probably genuine. If you want you can tell me the ASIN number (see from timestamp 8:24 in the video) and I'll check it for you. Otherwise you can also contact Amazon customer service and give them the ASIN number and they'll help you decide.

Ok. Close Amazon (sign out) and then sign in again (try a different browser if you have one). Then go to this page: www.amazon.com/gp/css/gc/balance?ie=UTF8&ref_=ya_d_c_gc& to check your gift card balance (check if the balance is correct). If the balance isn't correct then you probably need to add the gift card on this page first. Then go to the shopping cart (your items should still be there) and go through the checkout and try again. Let me know what you get on the payments page this time.

The shipping cost depends on many things, where it's shipping to (eg. overseas), what shipping speed you want, size and weight of the order, etc. When you go through checkout then on the last page ("review your order" page) you'll see the shipping charge and you can then choose a slower & cheaper shipping option if there is one. If your shipping address is in the US then you can also sign up for the Prime free trial on Amazon.com before you order and then you'll get free 2-day shipping. You can then cancel the trial afterwards.

Hi Ivar. It sounds like you placed the order successfully, but it declined for some reason. Amazon won't really know why because it is the bank (not Amazon) that declines it. The best thing to do is to contact your bank (where the credit card is from) and ask them what the problem is & why it declined and how to fix it. Hope that helps...let me know how it goes. PS. Alternatively, you can try with a different card.

Hi Lozza. They will only charge your bank acc when the order is shipped (not when you place the order). You should get the order confirmation email though, so check that as well.

I think that's covered later in the video when you get to the shipping options page in the checkout. It depends on a few things (eg. are all the items sold and shipped by Amazon, or are some items sold by different sellers on Amazon and are they shipping it themselves or are they using Amazon to ship for them, etc). You'll see all that info and your options on the shipping options page. Also, if all the items you've ordered will be shipped by Amazon then there should be an option to select if you want them all to be shipped together in one delivery, or (if they need to wait for stock of some of the items) you can select to either ship the items separately as they become available (eg. they ship you the items they have now, and the other items when they get it), or you can select that they should wait until they have all the items and then ship them together.

Hi Peter. Yes, it's possible but only if all the items are being shipped from one place. Eg. If one item says "sold and shipped by company X", and another item says "sold and shipped by company Y", then you're buying items from 2 different sellers so it's impossible for it be in one shipment because the items are coming from 2 different places. When you go through the checkout make sure you select "group items into one" and not "send items as they become available". If you see the order is split into shipment 1, shipment 2, etc. then it means they can't ship it together (eg. because it's coming from different sellers). The only way to change that is to only buy items from one seller, or items that are all "fulfilled by Amazon". If all the items are fulfilled by Amazon (even if they are sold by different sellers) then it means that Amazon does the shipping for those sellers, so all the items are coming from Amazon.

So I understand that when the items are coming from different sellers it's impossible for it to be in one package. The thing is, I'm not worried about my products being packaged as one, I'm more worried if i'm going to get them on time. I'm currently in the U.S, Kansas city on vacation, but I leave to my home country in the next 8 days. If I order all my items now will I get all of them before I have to leave, or does ordering multiple items from different sellers complicate things making the delivery longer? I live in Cape Town too. For the zip code just put your postal code, eg. 8001. The courier varies. It depends on things like your exact address, and which courier will be best for that delivery at that time. It could be Aramax, DHL, Fedex, or even the post office, etc.

When you get to the last page of the checkout ("review your order" page) you'll see the totals on the right, including customs & duty fees. Amazon estimated what the customs & duty fees will be in your country and adds that to the total. So you pay everything to Amazon and they sort out the customs/duty fees for you. You don't have to pay anything extra to the courier. When you add your shipping address you should enter the full shipping address, including your country. Don't leave it on USA.

I got payment method with no money on it but it still allows me to purchase items and have them delivered what happens if I allow that to happen will I be charged?
Is it a credit card? When you place the order it might decline because, even though they don't charge you yet, the bank still does an authorization (ie. Bank tell Amazon yes, there's enough funds and then it keeps it aside so long until Amazon charges you). If the order doesn't decline, and they ship it to you but then there isn't funds then they file a dispute with your bank (if they win the dispute then the bank pays them and the bank claims that back from you), and your Amazon account is flagged for bad debt. Does that help.

Ok, if you use a gift card or promo credit ($5) to buy something, then they still need a credit card on your account only to verify/authenticate that the order is legit (they won't charge the card). It will decline if there's an issue with the card, but you'll know that immediately because they'll send you an email, or you can go into "your orders" and check the status of the order any time you like (you don't need to wait until April). Maybe it's best to contact customer service and ask why it's declining, or add a different card (a family member's) and then ask customer service to make that card the payment method for the order instead.

When they charge your credit card it will be for the value of the order (eg. $50), but your bank automatically converts that to whatever the equivalent value is in your currency. You don't have to do anything different. So, for example, a $50 order will be about 3 457,95 rupees (it depends on what the exact exchange rate is when they charge your card). Your bank might also add on a small charge for converting to a foreign currency. Does that answer your question?

You'll first need to add your Nigerian card to your account. Then when you buy something and go through the checkout process, you choose that card as the payment method. On the last page of the checkout (the "review your order" page) it will show you all the details of the order (items, shipping speed, payment method, billing address, shipping address, order totals, etc). So on the right where it shows you the totals there should be an option to change the currency to Nigerian (it gives this option because it sees that the card you're using to pay for that order is Nigerian).

The zip is what they call a postal code in the USA. They have 5 digit "zip codes", eg. 56711. If your billing or shipping address is not in the USA then just add whatever your post code is. If your address doesn't have a post code then just leave that blank, but make sure your address is correct and select the right country.
