7:20 is should have been a try because the pommy actually didn’t knock it on the the Kiwi kicked it with his knee to make it look like a knock on and the kiwis should have been stopped for the video referee to check it.
There is no video referee or stops by the bunker this was made to make the game flow
So the only eyes on it would be the sideline refs or the ref himself
The pocket ref did not invlove himself at the tim so the only call made was by the ref on field
Its lucky the kiwis took advantage of this
