There are plenty of settings and features in Windows 10 that even advanced users probably don't know about. Many of these features are in the Windows menu called "Turn Windows Features On and Off". Most of these are enabled by default, but many aren't. They're not all necessarily useful, but some definitely are, such as the ones for virtualization and virtual machines. This video goes over 7 of these Windows 10 features that are not enabled by default, but you might want to enable.

Old video, but I think one of the weirdest things about HyperV is that, when enabled, it makes Windows itself by a virtual machine, running on the hypervisor. It literally converts your existing instance of Windows into a VM.
This can cause issues with some games that use anti-cheat, and it can cause some glitches in apps that want direct hardware access. The VM that Windows runs on is very low level and almost runs parallel to the HyperV hypervisor, but not really, so that's where some issues can arise. You'll also get a 5% or so loss in performance due to the extra layer of topology in processing.
Still, I find HyperV to be much more capable than VirtualBox, but not quite as versatile as VMware. Of course, VirtualBox is free, and is still awesome, its just that HyperV leverages low level access that no other hypervisor can use. Microsoft has also partnered with Canonical to make Ubuntu HyperV virtual machines be almost as fast as Windows as a VM.
Fun fact! the Xbox One and Xbox Series both run HyperV on the bare metal. The HyperV system then launches two operating systems, one slimmed down copy of Windows for the main menu and apps, and another Xbox specific OS that's still really just a slim, modified version of Windows for games. the Xbox Series runs each app and game in its own VM, which is what allows for game suspension even when the system is turned off, and for quick resume, and multitasking. Memory management getting on par with Apple's!

I used to run Returnil Virtual System and it successfully prevented malware from remaining installed. It is not an antivirus or anything quite like that. This is kinda like a sandbox. Upon rebooting any malware that tried to infect your system is gone, like a bad dream that never came true. It might be more similar to the sandbox you ar mentioning. I ran that back when I used Windows XP. There is a chance it would run on newer versions of Windows than XP but to know for sure I would have to try it. That sort of experiment is best on a spare PC or laptop so that if something goes wrong you won't lose your files in the event that you endup reinstalling Windows.

Older computers may will froze from windows 10 updates. I had 2 Optiplex 780 - both froze -1 I able re-installed from the recovery interface, the other just died - I put a linux distro on it. works like a dream.

Correction: Virtualbox can coexist with Hyper-V if you have Windows Hypervisor Platform installed, which is a feature on the Add Features-menu. VMWare will be adding this feature to Workstation

telnet can be used to test a tcp connection if you type it in the command line and add a port number.
Yeah, but that's insecure. Because Telnet has everything in clear text. Which things such as the remote username, password, and other things you type in would be unencrypted.

Yes Legacy Compnonent\Direct Play is a must for people playing games. Many old games won't run without it.
This feature should have been enabled by default to be honest.
Edit: Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0 should be enabled too. Many older applications like game modding tools need them.

why you didnt mention net framework 3.5 ? ..that doesnt come enabled by default in windows 10..some old programs use that as well

Yell I did do the system restore point thing before doing anything and when i changed the settings well it didn't work so i tryed to recover with the restore point and it still bootloops. Than for ruining windows at my pc and now I will have to format the whole thing

I know right? I mean if I watched this before I took my first Cisco class at my school. I would've been in a lot of trouble. I mean everything would be in clear text (the username, password, and input). I don't know why Microsoft even made this a feature for people to enable!

you only show 1 feature for win10 home and that is the Telnet Client and al the other features are for 10 pro and enterprise version
Just make sure you don't have the Telnet Client feature enabled. Because Telnet is a very insecure remote access protocol. That would have your remote input, remote username, and password in clear text.
If you do have it enabled, then I suggest that you disable it and don't use it.

Windows Sandbox is on Windows 10 Pro only. As well as the Hyper-V feature.

I so much done with windows. Linux I do not game I use it for work. I used more time cleaning up data and all the freaking updates bloatware. When I had windows 7 or 10 now with Linux I have to get used to it works. I use brave browser with DuckDuckGo no edge or Google
