Sir mai 1nov 2023 ko एचबीए1c chek krya tha 13.6 tha uske baad mai 2 mahina medicine kiya aur meetha khana band kr diya tha 6 mahina uske baad abhi 3 mahina se dawai nhi kha rha hun aur daily test krta hun fasting 70 se 90 ke बीच me rhta hai kabhi kabhi 65 ho jata hai khane ke 2 gnta bad 110 se niche rhta hai
