May i know the difference between the ilife v3s max and ilife A80

Both the robots have 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping wherein V3s max can do simultaneous cleaning. While the V3s Max has a brushless suction port that can remove pet hairs, the A80 Pro has a roller brush that assists in cleaning carpets and hard floors. One of the worst customer service from iLife, dont buy this product. I bought this device exactly a 1 yr back, changed couple of brush and filter in btw. They took the device last month and still havent delivered it back to yet. I have paid everything, Worst service people I have ever seen.
