I just love the moment when it "clicks" and the movement I had difficulty with starts to be easier just because the body and the brain start to work together. Thanks as always for sharing 🙏
You are very welcome Karli ☺️🙏🏼
Great lesson, helps me very much. Thank you!!!
Thank you Kiriaki! You are very welcome 😊
Challenging at the end.😊 but a blessing as usual. The spine is back after a feldenkrais lesson💫
Thank you so much Cecilia 🙏
That’s a challenge of any practice. I felt part of my lower thoracic make contact for the first time
How wonderful Yona 😊🙏🏼
The movement at the end of bringing both knees up and then back out I could do comfortably if I was on my elbows. Wasn’t able to find this movement yet on my hands and with the head on ground. On the whole there was nice differentiation in the thoracic spine. As a surf paddler and a history of thoracic spine compression fractures my upper spine was freed up. Thanks so much
Thanks Russell for taking the time to leave a message. I find these Amphibian lessons marvelous for the spine . I am glad you found it helpful.
Wow! That got me towards the end. I shall have to re-visit . . . but am pleased to be able to do the knee crosses. Thanks.
Thank you Sheila. The new series has certainly got some more challenges but I have been delighted with the way my students have embraced them. 🙏🏼
Beautiful , thanks you !!!🌸🧡🙌🌺
Thank you very much Corina🙏🏼
Delicious lesson. Thank you Stewart. I did the previous amphibian lesson yesterday, so it prepared the ground well. I developed quite a beehive hairdo by the end! 😄
🤣 thanks Miriam. Yes, it can do that.
Hola, Stewart. I hope all is well.
I revisit these lessons and can't believe now I could follow along 🎉🎉🎉
However, I have had an issue on the side of the thoracic 1 - 2?, it pinched a nerve that makes my every day miserable.
I have tried all kinds of lessons and no luck so far. I was wondering if you have any intermediate lessons for that area.
Espero tengas un excelente día ✌️
¡Gracias Luyz y hola! My recommendation would be that you explore some of the Fit Sit Stick lessons, especially the Turning Back the Clock series. They do amazing things to get your spine moving.
@@stewarthamblin Gracias, Stewart. I highly appreciate it ✌️
Please do let me know how you get on Luyz! @@luyzqint3760
Hola, Stewart. Good morning/evening.
Do you think that some of the lessons of sit/stick can also help with a L5 tilted to the right?✌️
I definitely do think that Luyz
Hola, Stewart. I was doing so well, until minute, 40:20 it was too challenging for me. I guess I just need to practice more this lesson.
Gracias.✌️
They are certainly more challenging lessons Lutz but the benefits come from the practice. It's the how not the what that is important 😊🙏🏼
Hola!, Stewart. Do you have a lesson for the scapula (shoulder blade)?.✌️
Hola Luyz, thanks for the message. Have you tried the unglue the shoulders videos?
@@stewarthamblin Yes, unfortunately, it did not seem to help.✌️
@@luyzqint3760 thanks for letting me know Luyz, will see what I can do 🙏🏼
@@stewarthamblin Gracias ✌️
