Few hours Roach Fishing back in late March

On a rare dry day in late March I had a few hours spare on a Sunday evening.
With the days starting to draw out a bit id definetly manage a few hours Roach fishing on my local pond just up from the shop.
Kit was kepted to a minium with just a waggler rod and a bomb / feeder rod.
A few bits of bait, maggots pinkies Fjuka pellets so nothing special and it was all I needed to catch a few Roach.
Took a little bit of time to get the float set up right and find where the weed was, but once sorted the fishing was quite simple.
Cranes pond tickets are available from the shop, its members only so no day tickets.
It hold some lovely Roach and Rudd as well as Tench Bream and small - medium Carp.
Aprox 25 pegs on the pond with 15 pegs on the river as well. Fully platformed out with easy access so ideal for those that cannot walk far.
