    In this video I introduce my new CZcams video series; Pedals & Pints. In the Pedals & Pints series I am looking to explore the adventurous side of craft beer - by cycling to exceptional breweries and pubs, embracing the thrill of the ride and the joy of beer tasting, all while promoting a more balanced and active lifestyle. So sit back and enjoy me on my new cycling-centric adventures using my Canyon electric gravel bike! Cheers!

    Whilst every style of beer explained may not be all the craft beer channel may not be about, looking in to how you've been drinking beer wrong your entire life, how beer is made, brewing your first homemade beer, talking to beer experts, identifying cheap vs expensive beers, price points, and answering beer questions from brewmasters is all a part of my real ale craft beer journey.

    My word - beer and bikes - my two favorite things! Nice Canyon! Looking forward to the unboxing!

      Thank you! Absolutely love it so far, even managed to get the bag to stay on for a bit now 🤣
      Unboxing will be out tomorrow night (UK time). Cheers!

    Nice ride, good views. Cycling is s a good way to go to find some fitness among the beers. I recently picked up some bike cams to get out for some beer ride content myself. Happy pedalings! Cheers #Disco

      Oh nice! I look forward to your ventures. Sounds like one day we’ll have to meet for a bikey beery adventure!

    Very enjoyable Tom. I'm a bit flummoxed how you get the camera to rotate around seemingly by the power of your mind! 😁

      Haha cheers! The wonders of technology ey! It's a 360 camera so it's recording everything at once and the transitions and angles get chosen during the edit. A very different method to what I'm used to so already feel like the edit in this video wasn't as smooth as next weeks episode, but there's only one way to learn! Cheers!

    Hey great idea for new content! As a cyclist, I approve. You're lucky to have miles of secluded, beautiful paths and country roads to ride. So, what was the camera setup that you used to film? Rotating from you to the road? Cool. Oh and the beer info was good as well!

      Cheers bud! We don’t have endless miles of this stuff but there’s enough to go at for now.
      The camera is an Insta360, shoots a full panoramic at all times and I edit it afterwards. Arguably unnecessary but I wanted to not worry about having to stop and move GoPro’s around every mile or so 😅

      @@TheCrumbyBeard Where the heck is it mounted? I just can't figure it out?

      @TheCrumbyBeard  Před 28 dny +1

      @@KermitForPrez 😅 if you look at a shot where it’s looking back at me in the middle of the frame, to the side of the stem is a GoPro mount, it’s on that but has some crazy feature that effectively allows it to delete the mount arm from the footage to look like it’s floating. It’s very impressive!

    I’ve tried to get my head out of the standard AF beers and head more for the craft ones . I’ve tried a few and had a full afternoon on it cause I was driving . The Augustina AF was amazing. Im defo gonna try this cause i drink to many beers in the week . . Last night for instance I had a 8% plus a 10% . This is a great video . I’m fairly fit cause my job is very active, and I walk rather than drive . We walked a 5 mile round trip to go shopping the other day , things like that . I’ve really enjoyed this video mate . Cheers 🍻. Speno

      The Augustina sounds great, will try and get some!
      And yeah some people certainly don’t need to do any more exercise. Although I walk good miles with my dogs, it’s still not enough to battle the beer and being sat in front of a computer all day sadly!

    I have owned the Grizl ON CF Trail for a couple of months - some of your observations on your unboxing video were shall we say ‘ interesting’. however, Just stopped by as you seem to be having issues with the Fidlock LOAD top tube bag. I can honestly say that it looks like user error here. I’ve used mine on some very gnarly Singletrack in Scotland and had zero issues. You need to ensure all three points click-in especially the one nearest the seat-tube. Whilst magnetised it’s still a click system. Also ensure the bolts are properly fixed to the frame. Check the Canyon install video.. (you could have a faulty one) but I have stuffed it and had zero issues after miles of riding so far.

      @TheCrumbyBeard  Před 26 dny +1

      You’re totally right it’s certainly user error though I must say having now got it properly locked in, mine certainly doesn’t seem to want to lock in on the bottom tube point very easily at all.

    Yeah, I like the idea. But the spinning camera is a bit disorientating. Looks a bit like you're cycling sideways sometimes.

    • @TheCrumbyBeard
      @TheCrumbyBeard  Před 29 dny

      On the second episode I worked out how to switch points of view without spinning so there’s a lot less of it 😅 apologies.
