Family struggles to find new speech therapist after Texas Children's Hospital layoffs

After saying patient impacts would be minimal, a family is now searching for a new speech therapist for their autistic child after Texas Children's Hospital laid off 5% of their staff.

Not all speech therapists are created equal, so I understand the concern this father has. Also, with autism you want consistency... Some people dont understand that because they don't have to go through this. Either that or they are just idiots.

This claim is absurd. Tell that man to call Methodist Hospital or just introduce him to the internet. There are speech therapists all around Houston, Spring, Tomball and The Woodlands.
