how do you get the witch hat on your head? mine and a fellow guild mate is 9 blocks in the air
the witch hat is from optifine (i believe it only applies to people with a cape but i could also be wrong, not 100% sure)
the hat 9 blocks in the air is hypixel's weirdness, not sure if its watchdog or something else but its a dummy player that somehow has a witch hat. (maybe its using a skin from a player that has a cape)
