HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst CZcamsr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 CZcamsr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA CZcamsrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...
WHISTLINDIESEL RUNS THROUGH THE WALL OF CORRUGATED FENCE AND TARPS IN HIS BRAND NEW LAMBORGHINI HURACAN THAT HE recently purchased from TJ HUNT (what is going on ((I am truly alarmed)) hitting and dismembering the worst GTA 5 youtuber of all time.
Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

@@HarmNonehonestly I love how they have added the cluckin bell truck (I think it’s meant to symbolise gus fring’s refrigerator trucks) and also how they have added these police vehicles but we can all agree 4 million per vehicle is a joke.

If the new business can give money daily then I’m set. I got arcade safe on I think 5k a day. Usually nightclub safe at 50k a day. Agency at 12.5k a day so yeah if I get any more daily money I’m set for life fr

I met people that became my friends through GTA I no longer speak to. It sucks. I often wonder if I just dwell on things for too long because I always think of them if try to play. After awhile I just shut it off it makes you a bit sad

They just did as of the Bottom Dollar DLC comes out, which is now.
I wish they gave the option to add bullet and explosive-resistant armor and have private security options like Merryweather and Gruppe 6 decals with amber and white lights.
Just checked and Story Mode was affected by this update so, whether intentional or inadvertent, the Unmarked Cruiser can now be modified in Story Mode as well. Hell yes. Still can’t modify the marked cruiser though as you still get the “Cop cars can’t be modified” prompt. The Franklin weed mission is still the best way to acquire one.
Unfortunately, the standard cruiser can not be modified as it is a different vehicle to the LE Cruiser. They are named differently in the game files (POLICE1 and POLICE4, respectively)
@@alexjackson9527 Yeah I remember in my modding days them being separate files but both of them can now be modified in GTA Online so I wanted to see if those changes made their way to Story Mode, as they sometimes do. Sure enough you can modify the unmarked cruiser but not the marked one. So they’re not the same file/model but since you can now modify both cars in Online I was just checking if the same was true in Story Mose but they only enabled it for the unmarked cruiser. That’s the one I always steal anyway so I’m not mad about it.

In case no one knows, the police lights on this car are WAY brighter at night and can be seen further away than the Stainer LE (or any other police car actually)
It's so awesome, it's the main reason I bought this even though I have the Stainer LE.
Your upcoming videos with the bhoooyz (npc + twingo) are gonna be sick with these new cars! 🍿

I haven't got to test it yet. I keep getting every phone hit except that one. 😁 I've had the popstar hit twice and it was using the truck cab both times.

I've had the normal Stanier for a while now, with the Hot Rodder police-like wheels blacked out, white or sometimes silver paint, all the performance upgrades (aside from turbo) armor and bulletproof tires, roleplaying it as a decommissioned Highway Patrol car or something. (Also a Granger, Rancher, and whatever the vehicle Franklin has in singleplayer is, always forget the name! All kitted out much the same, intended to be similarly decommissioned police vehicles.)
People underestimate the Stanier a lot, I'd consider it something of a low-end sleeper car, it's a very dependable and surprisingly capable vehicle that's decent at chasing down most things other aren't super cars, also has a lot more weight than most people might expect, letting it ram and pit other vehicles fairly easily.
I'm still working on getting the money, I'm missing a lot of businesses and don't have money to buy shark cards so I have to grind my way, just got the scrapyard after three solid days of grinding free roam jobs. Super excited to add both of the Stanier cruisers to my fleet of police vehicles soon just gotta keep up the grind!

If the performance upgrades don't increase the speed much more than the stock 102mph on this then not worth it tbh 🤷♂️😅 except for those rp players. The police hellfire in dripfeed would be the one for performance i guess bet the price will reflect that though. Rockstar know what there doing 😂 great video as alway's, respect for dropping all these uploads on day one 👌

This is the closest thing we can get to a customizable Vapid Stanier 2nd Gen. This would be based off of the 2nd Gen Crown Victoria
This and the 2 Chevy caprices/impalas makes this update the greatest in a long time for me
Oh yeah I remember back in the day tricking out the vapid standard to make it look like a UC cop car 3mil is crazy but they got me lol

Nice Police car custimization
I wouldn't lower the suspension keep the stock ride height so it's easier for going over curbs and small obstacles a higher speeds without destabilizing the car so much

Freemode. 3 stars for 5 minutes and then lose cops (do not call Lester) for this one and for riot van 4-5 stars and lose them (again do not call Lester)

Hey Harmnone, did you know that if you double press E on keyboard while the siren is on, you get a different siren sound? Although you do have to hold it down afterwards, but it is pretty cool

The riot can't be stored I don't think.. I took it to most garages, including avenger and mobile ops, its a Pegasus vehicle only unfortunately
@Skagzi1la Yes only Pegasus so not worth it at all for the price. Just go steal it. The this here is the second best and the marked Police car is best. So many options to customise
The marked cruiser, Stanier LE. The customization options are insane, and you can see the model has been redone, both custom sirens are different from those in the OG Stanier; has tech options (7 to be precise), and you could recreate just about every US police cars with the multiple livery options and car colors.
It's about time! Now i can get rid of my stanier 🎉
I’ve stopped putting turbo on anything because the sound is so terrible. I’ll take the performance hit.

I just upgraded my Xbox One GTA Online character to the X/S GTA Online. Now I have HSW and all other Next Gen capabilities on Xbox One.

So i did wait for the police riot, watch out it does say you can modify it but it's a pegasus and can't be stored anywhere.
Im just going to test the facility if it doesn't work just don't bother with the truck

Just get out of your car and turn your lights on through the car remote function menu
You can do that, just hop out of the car with sirens blazing. The sound will stop but the lights will keep flashing, the tail lights are the only ones that stop flashing back and forth when you exit the vehicle.
