Great video bill, helped out a lot. Buying cheap doesn't help at all. Work that out the hard way you, confirm to buy good quality material. Your next Roybi review I like to see is how to use an impact drill.
Love it great stuff Bill
Great way to see a beginner provide a decent finish with a useful tool.
Aww man, so close! Congratulations to the winner 🎉
Id love to see a review of the 254mm or 216mm sliding Mitre saw. What size wood can it cut and how does it compare to a mains powered saw.
Always next time 👍
G’day Bill,
Excellent videos and always learning something new.
Would love to see a review of the Ryobi brushless cordless scarifier please.
Cheers mate and thanks for all the DIY tips.
One Ryobi tool I would be interested in seeing a review on is the "Brushless Tile And Masonry Saw" seems like a good tool for both tiling and paving.
Great video Bill. Does Ryobi make a pole saw? It costs me a fortune for an elderly person like me to get my trees and palms trimmed. If they do, a demo on those would be most helpful.
Thank you, I have been wondering what to do about the mouldy silicon in my shower.
You’re very welcome 👍👍👍
Thanks Bill, love that silicon tool
Thanks man, i was actually thinking how to apply silicone recently, in my bathroom it needs replacing now
Thanks Bill, always looks so easy and straight forward, might have to have a crack at my shower now too. Love Ryobi Tools, would like to see an Impact Driver review.
Thanks Bill. Three tools I’d like to see in action - the Trim Router, the Edger and their Circular Saw. Cheers
Great video. Thanks
Can you do a review of the Ryobi Edger/trimmer. Also would you do a “how to” for a besser block retaining wall with either a rendered finish or stone cladding finish? Thanks
Great Video Bill- congratulations to the winner, it’s a great product!
Maybe something a little different?? Ladders, specifically foldable ones
I have a video on an awesome foldable ladder in case you are interested. 👍
I got the profiling tool from Bunnings and it was so good I ended up with the old _silicone taste in the mouth_ trick. Yeah, I reverted to using old lick the finger and used that. Had a lot of curved shapes like going round the ensuite sink and getting behind the taps was really awkward for Mr Finger so in that case the profiling tool would not have been suitable. I will try it for the shower now that I have the name of the "anti-mould" product that Bill uses, Thanks Bill. 👍👍
The silicone profiling tool at bunnings ( small yellow ones) are really poor quality 👍
Thanks Bill great advice and guidance. Could you review the ryobi table top tile saw, as looking to have a go at remodelling the laundry room and toilet, cheers…… let’s do this 👍🏻
I definitely need to get a silicone tool since I need to re-caulk my bathroom shower!!
Would love to see a ryobi one multi-tool review!!
Could you please do a short on using the silicone gun for a complete novice 🙌🏽
Let’s do the Mitre Saw!
Hi Bill ... another great video. Your one of the few Australian Content providers the give us (the DIY viewer) all the details on the products we should use, such as the silicone type and make.
Can you review the Ryobi impact driver and give us the run down on we should use it vs the normal drill. Keep up the great work ....🙂
Great video thanks bro keep it up
Hi bill love your videos like to see on ryobi inflator review
Great Video
I do need to do some sawing, so Ryobi circular saw review would be helpful
Would love to see a review on your favourite Dremel tool if you have one. Ryobi of course 👍
Nice work
If you know anyone at Ryobi, i would love to see a recipro, circular saw, grinder combo 👍
Great video🎉 love to see a review on drills , what’s the best all round or combo to have for a home DIYer?
Thank you Bill congratulations to the winner suggestion Bill affordable Roybi impact driver drill.
👍👍👍
Great video Bill
If you can tell us more about Ryobi one + naill gun please
Well done random focus
Great video content. Great prizes! Would love a review about a Ryobi multitool. I find that there are so many and no idea which one provides (1) Good value (2) versatility as far as attachments (3) general robust design
legend bro 🤙🏽
As a DIYer I have learned a lot from your videos. You explain the process in detail making it easy to follow. Would you use the silicone tool if you were putting silicone between weatherboards and exterior window frame as the profile is not straight line?
I'd be interested in RYOBI ONE+ 18V Trim Router review.
Only if it’s needed, by the r sounds of it you may need to tape off some areas . Look into sikaflex
Hope I win the silicone kit I really could use that. Thanks for doing the video
Great video Bill - can you use this tool to do chalking for gyprock walls etc not just tiles?
Can be used anywhere, however works best on smooth surfaces 👍
Would love to see a review of the Ryobi Track Saw, $500 bucks in Oz, can't bring myself to drop a grand on a Makita or Festool
Great tips! After removing the old silicone what do you use to clean the area before applying new silicone?
Depends on the surface, most times Isopropyl Alcohol works great👍
good video. Most people will struggle with making a neat job of corners. Some more detail in that are a would be good. I dont have any magic in that area, I tend to do the vertical joints first , let the silicone go off and then do the horizontals running over the set vertical seams.
I have another video showing the corner process in detail👍
thank you, great video, how would you approach removing silicone from drywall?
Unfortunately most options will result in some if not all of the paper from the dry wall being damaged. Depending on how much there is to remove you can cut away most of it and try to roll the remaining silicone on the wall with your fingers . That will be the safest way
@@billshowto thank you
Ryobi track saw
Hi bill, I just laying down new hybrid floor, the old floor little bit thicker than new one, so the door frame have from 5 to 10mm gap, do you do some videos how to fix it? Thank you 😊😊
Have the old door jambs been cut?
@@billshowto: yes
depending on the gap size and location of the jambs ( wet area or not) you have a few options. Silicone of a close color, replacing door jambs and or architraves or filling the void with a suitable filler. Every jamb may have a different approach
Thank you
You use the Milwaukee pack out systems from memory. Do you recommend them or are they overpriced? Can you adjust the size of the storage containers?does the lid seal well enough to make sure nothing goes wandering into another container?
I love them. Many different sizes to accommodate all loose items. Haven’t broken one yet as they are very well built and items don’t cross over to other containers. I haven’t found anything else comparable👍
why don't you use soap water spray like your other videos on this too?
Every job is different depending on the color of silicone used and the type of finish required 👍
Now Bill this has to stop. Every time you release a vid, I'm off checking the subject at my place. Watched the old tap re seat vid yesterday and now all my tap seats are done 😂
Lol I’m just making sure your keeping busy👍
Test out a ryobi air compressor man
Also that silicone job looks awsome
