Deep Fried Oreos/Two Different Ways

    Things you will need:
    Cutting board
    Skillet
    Whisk
    Fork/Spoon with holes
    Confessant Sugar
    Oreos any flavor
    Mixing bowl
    Oil I recommend canola or vegetable
    Pancake complete mix any brand
    8 oz croissant roll
    Paper towel & pan or plate
    Directions:
    Leave croissant rolls out at room temperature for 10-15 min
    For pancake Oreo version:
    Pour desired amount of pancake mix in a mixing bowl gradually add water then whisk until batter is at its desired thickness.
    Heat oil in medium/high heat.
    Add Oreos to the batter mix coating them on each side after oil is hot left Oreos up from batter shaking the access batter off then add to oil.
    Cook about 1 min then flip over cook 1 more minute then remove from pan & place on paper towel to drain access oil off. Remove access dripping from oil.
    For croissant roll version:
    Lay croissant roll on a cutting board cut into about 3 inch squares place Oreo on dough and wrap around Oreo until all covered.
    Refrigerate for 10 min
    Using the same pan heat oil in medium/high heat repeat the same steps for the pancake mix version.
    Top with confessant sugar.
