@@theduchezkitchen1040 - THANK YOU!
Also do u add the 🍍 while the candy is still wet bc mines for some reason I set it in the freezer then add the pineapple which doesnt fit properly and idk why
For this recipe don't set the candy melts, add the pineapple slices to the wet candy melts and add more to cover before putting them into the freezer.
@@theduchezkitchen1040 perfect thank u so much bc yours come out so neatly
Hello can you provide the link to your mold? I have purchased several and they all seem to be way bigger than yours.
Hi Johnson, attached is the link to the specific mold I used in the video amzn.to/2ZsLn0A
Thank you so much!!!
What size mold did you use?
Regular size or full size donut mold, silicon mold works better.
@@theduchezkitchen1040 I tried this on a regular size mold but my pineapples were too big. I had to cut around them to fit them in the mold...you did amazingly well
Can these be made in advance?
Yes you can make them in advance. for more information on how to store them check this post www.theduchezkitchen.com/chocolate-covered-pineapple/
I use canned pineapples and I have had them sweat so bad that I left them out of the refrigerator for 48 hrs...is this bad... because they were Frozen to get the chocolate to harden and then left outside in a Ziploc bag ...I then put them in a nox for the event the day before because I had to decorate them... I don't use fresh pineapples...but worried they May go bad...
canned pineapples works great and how did the final product turned out?
How much per pineapple
sorry for the late response, these are precut and canned pineapples were used.
