Few questions! Why do all breeders have salt in their greenhouse ponds all the time? What good do they do and what percentage do they use? They seem to constantly have salt in the water even though it is a freshwater fish. By the way, how did your water samples from the mud ponds that you took in the previous episodes go? Have to praise your episodes from Japan, am a loyal follower of them.

Lee, I've heard you say a number of times now, whether it be Ryan or a Japan grower, why do they keep the for a year? I assume to grow it
