This car build feels like it is the fulfillment of the build that you wanted to make in your heart back when you started the rx8 but with all the knowledge and help that you have gained from jumping into the drift game over the last couple years and surrounding yourself with the right people

I love seeing drift cars with full interiors. I know it's not important, but I think there's just something cool about the extra work that goes into it. Awesome job as always to you and your team!

4:10 I'm SO on board with that very same idea. I want my car to be a "Street daily Race/Drift Machine!" I want all the luxuries of the modern world in it so it's a place I love being even in bumper to bumper traffic sitting for far too long until you can finally let out the clutch (or not if I have the DTC type unit lol) and move the 12 feet to the bumper in front of me. LOL

The DCT is such a good idea, but I am getting skeptical about the GCU. It seems like everyone I have talked to (friend of mine did a DCT on a miata) and everyone I have watched struggles with getting it working properly. Hopefully they manage to get it sorted, but it seems like a really fiddly piece of kit.
Very solid dyno numbers. That engine sounds very stout. I think you're going to be impressed with it.

Glad you didn’t bridge port it, it still sounds like a mean rotory but it looks like it will be fun to drive on the street with all that midrange power.
Think about a low-high boost switch for when you need to feel the extra power in your pocket. Looks like it’s going to give the vette a run for it.

Hell yea. Hp numbers looks good. And the extra hp should help drifting easier and motor will love high rpm area as well.

Collette and crew y'all rock! Love the S15 DCT it's gonna be badass. Especially with 500hp. Peace
put that duty cycle back to 80% for reliability. and ruin a divided 1.0AR hotside, and you will have a better, safer curve. dual wastegates are good to eliminate lag, too. but if he went 40% duty cycle on the injectors, that thing may lean out. p.s. im saying all of this without remembering what injectors and hotside you are running

its progressing nicely. I plan on starting my own dct build after I get my Z to a nice place. Love that you cut the dash to a double din conversion. How difficult was that?

What I think is that everything about it is great but it is too loud as is to be a usable street car, it needs a full quiet exhaust with a valve to open it up, & an optional switchable map that will work in 'street' (quiet) mode...

With magic and a lot of stress 😅. Just a lot of math and measuring to make sure the slits I cut were hidden by the back of the seat so it looks seamless
