    News conference with former Tanzanian president Julius Nyerere.
    SOT Nyerere, saying, "The international community must not give up - Africa must not give up; it's fools like me who get involved, but I'm not going to drop it and say it's impossible, I haven't reached that stage yet."
    Two-shot of news conference panel.
    SOT Nyerere: "You cannot rule out military intervention, but that is not a solution. But we can't sit and let another type of killing take place."
    Cutaway, pan of panel;
    SOT Nyerere: "Assassinations are going on and people are really frightened and I'm told since 1993, 17 members of parliament have been assassinated. The leadership of that party is fractured, but we must prove something can come out of this soon."
