Best if u have 2 people for the job. U have to line up the wheel and the bracket to the slot while the other guy slowly lower the bike. Best way is to lower the bike while the wheel is on the ground. It's harder to lift the wheel while trying to put the axle in.
I'm reading this having just came in from the garage after doing this very task. This time is different though...because this time I changed things. After a brief memory loss induced struggle...I decided that I was going to reverse the axle bolt so I could capture the swing arm, brake bracket, spacer and wheel. This worked immediately. I don't know which way this is installed from the factory and I don't care.

I have a 2002 rs warrior I want to put the 21 raider wheel on ..but my forks are too narrow. looking to do a triple tree swap with roadliner trees. Question..what is the mm of the inside of your trees, and will roadliner trees fit on a rs warrior? Any help would be awesome. thanks and ride on!
It would have been nice to see how you installed the rear wheel back while dealing with the brake bracket.
Use 65lb ft for rear axle ...nice video!
Would have been nice if you said to leave the caliper bolts in until they were both loose..
