    How long is this test?
    2 minutes.
    What's involved in this test:
This test consists of two boxes containing shapes that will change quite quickly. There are also two sliders that move randomly, although these have no bearing on the overall test and are a distractor. With this being a reaction speed test, the aim is to click the 'equal' button as soon as you see two matching shapes. Your reaction time is being measured here. You can only make two mistakes, and if you made more than that you had to start again. This is in the real assessment, in the practice mode on the websites discussed there is no such rule.
After my first online assessment for Aerlingus, I wish I had a video like this to have the test explained. I failed that assessment and the second one I had, I passed. Failure is a massive part of being able to be successful. Failure is where all the lessons are. If you fail the first time, do not lose hope. So, always learn from any experience, practice to make everything better. The practice is controlled failure. If you are passionate and dreaming and focused on what you do, people will take notice. The pandemic will go away, sooner or later. Looking at the long term, you will still have 20, 30 years to fly in your career. If you have to wait for 3 months or 1 year, max 2, it's ok. Everybody else is. Get your exams done, get that CPL done, do your MCC, have your AUPRT ready, apply everywhere, and try everything that stands in your power. It is always better to be ready and have no opportunities than having opportunities and not being ready!
Most of the airlines have around 5 or 6 Cut-E tests, 2 personality questionnaires, and a video interview where you have to answer 3 or 5 questions. Some airlines let you have 2 resets for the video, some allow no reset, which means you only have 10 seconds to think about the question and then answer it on video. There is also a knowledge assessment, ATPL questions, or some mathematical calculations.
Some of the tests you will be assessed are:
    Spatial Orientation
    Complex Control
    Reaction Speed
    Monitoring ability
    Deductive and Inductive Logical Thinking
    Multi-tasking Capability

Could you cover AON Tests? It's a similar concept like Sudoku, but with colored shapes
