  • On today’s episode of The Meat Show: New Orleans, host and professional carnivore Nick Solares stopped by St. Roch’s Market, a 140 year-old market-turned-food hall, to sample the menu at Fritai, a couple-run stand drawing parallels between Creole and Haitian cuisine.

To my Haitian fellow who owns that that restaurant. You have chosen the best name (for me) for an Haitian restaurant. Because the Image of fritay matches perfectly with the idea of spreading our food all around the world. Our « bak fritay » is widely spread in our country. Hope this could be the name for an Haitian « restaurant franchise »
    Congratulations fellow! God bless you
