For anyone that looks at this other monitors don’t work. For me it was a motherboard issue and the board was outright fried so no video signal was gonna work anyways. Now I’m not saying it’s a motherboard issue that’s what mine was though.

Sorry but when people say they have just a white screen on start up they mean a white screen control alt delete just doesn't work there's just a white screen nothing working.
So one guy suggested this, turn off laptop disconnect battery and power cord press on button for 30 to 60 seconds. Put battery back in connect power and turn on laptop. Now I thought this sounded like pure bull and in the past I always thought this technique to be fanciful at best , but voila it worked. I know it sounds ridiculous but it worked try this.
