Ghanaian cuisine is the cuisine of the Ghanaian people. Ghanaian main dishes are organized around a starchy staple food, which goes with a sauce or soup containing a protein source. The main ingredients for the vast majority of soups and stews are tomatoes, hot peppers and onions and beef and chicken and see food.
This week we went in the restaurant cape coast its Ghanaian restaurant in Ashton new road, we tried few ghanian dishes food was very delicious and juicy we really enjoyed.

The fish is not fried it’s a spicy grilled tilapia.
Jolllof was paired with tomato stew not dip.
Fried rice was paired with shito (spicy pepper and dried prawns/herring) source
