Omo! This is so relatable. I think you had delayed blues because you only recently âsettledâ. What has helped me so far is identifying any gaps here and doing my absolute best to replicate my old life with extra spice. Eg. Connecting to a new church, creating a new circle for both fun things and the serious things, planning for family to visit and me to visit family etc. Enjoy the process of rebuilding, see it as a fresh opportunity to âbuild back betterâ and fill your cup even more.

Hi Elohor, some virtual bear hugs đ¤đ¤ đ¤ for you sis till you get the realest one from momma. Definitely, you will be fone. If you can visit or family can visit, i think it would help. I moved cities in Nigeria sometime back and all these emotions were there. You know hubby called my mum then and told her i was homesick and crying đđđ.
Now we just laugh at that memory. So yea you will be fine. Give it some time and build. And hey, this also prepares my mind as i have plans...thanks for the vulnerability.

Iâm constantly having these thoughts every single day- was this really necessary. On the other hand Iâm so grateful to God because I know Iâm living in Gods purpose and plan! But tjoo life is lifing.
