Omo! This is so relatable. I think you had delayed blues because you only recently “settled”. What has helped me so far is identifying any gaps here and doing my absolute best to replicate my old life with extra spice. Eg. Connecting to a new church, creating a new circle for both fun things and the serious things, planning for family to visit and me to visit family etc. Enjoy the process of rebuilding, see it as a fresh opportunity to “build back better” and fill your cup even more. Praying for you and your family ❤ You know I am always a chat/call/visit away 🥰🥰
