- This is a story of when I burnt out... and the lessons I learned. While burnout is not to be taken lightly and should be avoided whenever possible, the symptoms can be truly debilitating and the treatment lengthy (it took me almost 2 years to heal from my burnout), at the same time, when you burnt out you are given a unique opportunity to reshape your business or life for sustainability and alignment.
This video should help you even if you're not mentally burnt out, so you can start asking yourself questions to create a more aligned and intentional life, as soon as today.
