Really shows the usefulness of the ventrac. I just finished renovating 7,000 sq feet of our yard the old fashion way and from start to finished sod (stadium zoysia) it took a full week of vacation. And I can hardly move now.
Attention to the details is amazing Pete. Most companies would have raked, seeded and fertilized and been gone. You went over every inch of that property at least twice with almost every piece of equipment you used. Great job!!

Pete, I'd like to start with I truly enjoy your videos and what you provide to all of us. I have a piece of advice for you though. Slow down. Don't shut down, but slow down. Someone can run your Ventrac while you're spending time with your wife and children. You've made it. You've succeeded. God has blessed you in a million ways. Perhaps you no longer need to be the one on the Ventrac in the dirt. Just a thought from another business owner who recently relinquished some control. It's like my kids are getting older slower now. Realizing I no longer had to grind it out day after day is a blessing I don't take for granted. Some men don't realize until they're having grandchildren. Just a thought. God bless. Thanks for what you do.

I would love to do that to my yard but it’s about 90k sq ft. I could get the equipment to do it but idk if I could afford the grass seed. How much would it cost to do something like that with some of your Bermuda seed

Can't beat ventrac equipment. I own older 4200 ventrac with power rake. Turn lawn into something great.

Buddy says, what are you watching ? Pete is doing a renovation 9 X BIGGER than my entire house ! & yard combined ! 😩😂 He says wow really ?
