Kinda odd to dock a game because you've played it too much. Doesn't that mean it's a huge success? A game shouldn't be judged based on of you can play it infinitely.
I never want to play resistance ever again after how much I played it, but I still think it's an excellent game.

Hidden Agenda is the best. Keeps the superior theme, includes everything from Avalon, and adds like 3 extra things on top.
Also you can still always play vanilla (regular)

Key to the game is having at least a decent group of talkative people. Doesn't need to be the whole gang though. And also need to do multiple play throughs back to back to stir shit up a bit. I always feel the game really starts after the 1st playthrough :)

I think a good number is at least half of the people need to be talkative to make sure that the spies don't just dictate everything if they're the only talkative ones. Or vice-versa. But man, when we first played this game, the second and third games were absolutely beautiful. May need to revisit this game for another review :) -Ashton

I played this at university over lunch hour every week for a year, and I still love it! Best value for your buck game out there.

Dang that's insane. I saw some people at my university that played Coup (also by same publisher) every single meal at the dining commons! Another good bang for buck if you haven't heard of it -Ashton

@@Shelfside I do. I enjoy it quite a lot too. Bluffing games are the best.

You really butchered Don Eskridge’s name. (Esc-Ridge)
