pepper powder 1/2 TSP
1lemon juice
basmati rice 3glasd
onion paste 3onions

oil 100ml tablespoon
cloves 8 to 9
cardamom 8to 9
cinnamon 3 inch
kapok buds 4
star anise 3
mace 2 flowers
stone flower 1 tbsp
bay leaves - 3
shah jerra _1tsp
Fry on low flame for 20 to 30 seconds
onion paste
green chilli paste 2 spoon ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
mint leaf Half cup
coriander leaf one cup
coconut milk 1 cup 100 ml
green chilly 3
boiled water 4.5glasses
3glass soaked Basmati rice
salt
ghee 1tsp
