It doesn’t seem his parents reported him to the police for “touching” his sister, after finding out it happen more than once the parents put teen Josh in counseling and observation/discipline at home. Had his parents reported him his juvenile record would have been sealed anyway. Just reality.

It’s not necessary for homeschooled children to get a GED as long as they studied the required amount of hours of a subject. Their credits are just as legitimate as a public school student’s.
It’s always been my understanding that society typically looks down upon a person who has a GED instead of having graduated from high school. 🤷🏼♀️
Homeschoolers can even earn college credits with CLEP tests and have that on their report cards. You are right they do not need to take a GED in most states. In the same way most public schools students do not need to take a final exam to graduate. Each state has different rules and expectations. The results speak for themselves, homeschooled students out score public school students in states where testing is required.

the Bates kids have all pretty much gone to Crowne College ... its a religion based college but its still higher education and I think its sad only one Duggar went to college ... I love to see Joy in JEANS!! I know that sounds strange but when Jinger broke the skirt trend, I was elated!!
FYI…Justin is not the first Duggar to intentionally wait to not get pregnant right after getting married. But Jinger was married 11/5/2016 & they had their first baby on July 19, 2018. Which in “Duggar world” is an eternity! Then there are several Duggars who have actually given birth to their first child before their 1 year wedding anniversary.

I think children service should remove remaining children. Definite abuse. Mom only takes care of baby till she has another one then the girl kids have to raise them. She blanket trained babies by putting baby on blanket then puts toy off blanket and tries to get baby to go get it then hits them and says no. The restrictions aren't Christian it's abuse. And she yells a lot. Someone call children services they deserve dignity and freedom from this

Any news about this family other than Jill and Jana will mostly be having more children since that’s what they think life is for!
Actually that's not really true as none of the Duggars are at this stage pregnant unless one of the private ones like Kendra or Lauren are. Jessa has said ahe and Ben are five children and done in the past...they've had number five now. Jill and Jinger don't seem in any hurry to add more children to their broods of 3 and 2 respectively. if anything the Bates might wind up with more grandchildren than the Duggars.

@@missg.5940 good question. Probably because I was just curious as to what the kids were up to. Perhaps I should make myself more clear. It is not the kids that disgust me, being as they were thrown into the reality show.
The parents, with their antiquated ways that is a problem for me. Popping out kids like they're monkeys, and only allowed to do things the way their religion dictates, just doesn't seem right to me as I think their religion is made up to suit them. (I could be very wrong about that though.)
When they first started this show, they were buying things from thrift stores, and living in a reasonable home. Then they were buying new clothes and built an exorbitant house. So the way I see it, create 19 kids and to provide for them, get your own reality show.
And then it comes to light that the oldest son sexually abuses girls, with at least 2 of them being his sisters, and then, this is conveniently covered up.
This is all told to me by my sister-in-law, who watched this show.
