Yep thanks for confirming my A4 it’s a B8 with gasoline only I only run 91 or better.. hey I really don’t know if octane numbers are 100% legit I don’t think anyone can be 100% sure but I’m taking the gas company’s word on it.. I do know that VAG motors are designed for slow burning fuels hence higher Octane , with delayed ignition it get full compression then fires..
I actually went back to watch this video, wow it’s really good I’d love to see a complete reassemble video with same level of detail.. best Audi and general DIY presenter out there.. stay hydrated, stay safe.. 👍🏻

You are the right man for this video. Hey, my 2014 Audi A6 2.0T acting up misfiring due to Intake Carbon builds up. It has 95,800 miles now. So, what I did was sprayed CRC Intake and Turbo cleaner into the intake manifold. I did got good results. Gotta do it few times. I was able get about 2,000 miles and then had to spray CRC intake cleaner again. CRC carbon cleaner is getting hard to come by now. It's not stocking on shelves at stores. I haven try Seafoam. It did says to clean it every 10K miles. I also put in Techron Fuel additive. Audi Tech wanted to change fuel injectors I wasn't too sure about that, so, I put that Techron additive it helps.

Awesome video this is the lecture videos I love I have the ‘13 B8.5 flex fuel setup but I only run 91 or higher in it and run the Amsoil upper cylinder lube in about every other tank.. granted I don’t drive much with covid now it has me working from home a lot.. I love the tips and I would not have thought of pulling the oil filter, I’d have probably struggled all day trying to work around it.. I’d love to see a step by step reassembly please and use both hands like a mere mortal just set the phone on a tripod.. just love these videos.. I feel like I can put injectors in this pretty easy now.. I think I’ll need to do that soon

Free tip for securing the nuts (and bolts) to your socket - wrap some electrical tape over the end of the socket and then fold it over the edge. If you space it so that the tape is just long enough to fold over, you can re-wrap the tape a couple of times, when the tape wears through.
Works like a champ. No more lost nuts or bolts.

I changed plugs and coils, nothing improved. My next step is swapping injectors to see if misfire moves with the injectors. While taking off the HPF line, I noticed where the 17mm nut connects, it was sticky/oily. Also, the little fuel came out was a little bit dark. Is this normal? I drained the oil and it smelt like gas in there too. What do you think my issue is? Faulty/leaky injectors or PCV valve or both or neither?
