you can heavily delay the HP hooligan into a late LK dive kick and still side switch, but the dive kick doesn’t connect for any damage, and the frame data is worse than the setup shown. it’s around +15 but leaves you far, which is -3 or worse/punishable after dashing up

u can still switch sides but the dive kick wont land. but u can do the quick drop instead and get good oki
