Only character I disagree doing this with is Marisa, charge heavy punch is a way better option than jumping heavies

if your character has a good punish counter combo starter you can also use that, like dhalsim or dee jays 5HK

Chun-Li can't really do this because her jump is slower than everyone else. There may be some reversals that it works against, but I know for a fact it doesn't work on ken.
