My mom was a marketing manager here in the Philippines. She met Brendan and his wife for a promotional meeting. I was excited for my mom to get home so she can tell me about it (i was a big fan). The mummy trilogy and George were my most favorite movies since I was a child. I saw the mummy first time when I was 5 or 6, closing my eyes during the scarab scene, but still loved it

People forget that he was once a Caveman. It took a lot for him to adapt to society, and Hollywood.
He was also sexually assaulted by a Hollywood executive or producer (I can't remember). The trauma of the assault caused him to take a break from acting, and probably his deteriorating mental health affected his marriage.
What sucks even more is that the guy who assaulted Brendan was pissed at getting rejected, so he blacklisted Brendan and smeared his name in Hollywood, making it hard for Brendan to get work.
The poor guy's been through a lot.

Except nothing in the video is true. His wife got $900k A YEAR for her and the three kids, not every month. His mother died in 2016, almost a decade after they agreed to divorce, so his wife did not divorce him while his mom was dying. And all the indicators suggest that the marriage broke down because Fraser was a serial adulterer and opioid addict.
It's true that he broke his back and hardly recovered from it, but the psychological trauma he took was the most difficult situation he had faced in his life and probably still never recovered yet.

I believe not everyone should have kids. I believe being in the right condition aka financially stable and emotionally stable are necessities to raise children. Also TIME! You need loads of time to raise and pay attention to your child. Most children suffer from emotional neglect because of their parents not having time to spend on them.
