I never plan on buying one 😂 honestly you both are bloody hilarious .....on the other side of things I watched the chat on depression that you guys did with Kay it was about an hour long .....can I just say you are helping so many people by being so honest and real ...I am am 16 years sober now and totally free of antidepressants....I can relate to mark so much and Nadia I think you are incredible . Glad the weekend vlog is happening, I don’t watch tv at all anymore it’s a load of sh.. so the vlog is my new tv along with films documentary etc. 🙏❤️

I’m pretty sure those bits that are flapping around in gutter are suppose to be partly under first row of roof tiles. Mark you can get gutter guard that clips in to top of gutter to stop stuff going down the down pups & blocking them. X

The bedside table was hilarious - I love how laid back you both are - it is inspiring lol! I used to be really house proud, but getting more laid back with 12 cats. 😜 I would have to sort Mark's room though! I love your humour guys. 😃
I love your vlogs they’re so entertaining, interesting, varied and educational 👍 The bedside table bit 🤣 I wanted to know what more you had by your beds. I think toffee looks like Bradley Cooper now I can see the resemblance. You can have popcorn Nadia just air pop it in a machine, no oil required it just adds calories, I got my machine in Argos and I eat it plain, it’s just as good without butter or sugar etc. 100 gram serving or 3 cups of air popped popcorn is 90 calories and more filling than eating crisps. It’s high in fiber and takes up more room in the stomach apparently. An apple is another great snack, it’s high in water and soluble fiber and satisfies your sugar cravings.

They’re not expensive, my popcorn maker was from Argos but they might sell them in other stores. It makes healthy popcorn in seconds so easy to use, no oil required it uses hot air

We cleared our bedside tables out last year when we moved! Talk about a 'trip down Memory Lane'!!!!

My bedside table - jewellery box, sterilising wipes, nappy bags, nappies (all unused 😂) bum cream, wipes, calpol, baby bonjela, spare dummies, story book for the eldest, my note book and phone chargers. There is literally no space! 😂 X

On my bedside table, I have; as well as my water bottle, lamp and phone; a toilet roll, a bag of shells, some crystals, old broken earphones, hand sanitizer, a piece of rope, savalon, a pencil, a long forgotten list, and some massage oil 😂

Mark, about the gutters:
1: It looks like you may have to hire someone to install new gutters, the current ones look in pretty bad shape (been there, done it)
2: Clean out the gutters in the Spring and Fall, considering all the trees you have (been there, done it). BTW, a taller ladder would be in order (safety first)

I am dairy intolerant and can not have feta as it is still classed as dairy but is healthier than normal cheese.

Love you lots..Nadia you are so proper in your meditation,but the one thing your not doing is removing the bad energy that's in your bedroom ,your bedroom should be the most sacred place where the body heals itself, start by getting rid of all old and dirty things on your bedside tables make sure you wardrobe and draws are organised clean the dust and even vacuum the mattress, change the linens,pop some lavender oil drops on a tissue under each pillow and in the morning you will wake up from the best sleep ever, try it it really works.
