sorry for the late response, but for those who have the same question, a rental car would be the best solution, or you could take the public bus from the airport to Tacoma, then from Tacoma to JBLM Madigan hospital bus stop. from there you can take the go transit shuttle on JBLM to the hotel. it would be a long trip, that’s why I believe a rental car would be the best option!
